In this video, we’re going to talk about a vitamin that can help relieve symptoms of arthritis. Arthritis involves inflammation, breakdown of cartilage, stiffness, and pain.

People often take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to get rid of the pain associated with arthritis, but NSAIDs can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and kidney problems. Steroids for pain can destroy your joints and lower your immune system.

This incredible remedy for arthritis is a precursor for NAD. NAD is a helper molecule that helps turn food into energy and is involved in over 400 different genes.

Signs of an NAD deficiency can include:
1. Low collagen repair
2. Inflammation
3. Fatigue
4. Muscle pain, muscle weakness, muscle loss
5. Metabolic diseases
6. Aging faster than normal
7. Lowered immune system

Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is the best vitamin for arthritis. Try taking around 100 to 150 milligrams of niacinamide 3 to 6 times per day, depending on the severity of your arthritis.

Ensure you’re consuming sufficient protein for niacinamide to help with your arthritis symptoms, and it’s also best to avoid alcohol.

Tryptophan can also turn into vitamin B3, but the mechanism is not very efficient. Niacinamide is a non-toxic, effective, and affordable remedy for arthritis!

  1. TLDW: B3
00:00 🦴 The best vitamin for arthritis is not vitamin D; it’s niacinamide (Vitamin B3).
02:46 🧬 Niacinamide helps reduce oxidative stress in the endoplasmic reticulum, providing relief for arthritis symptoms.
03:13 💊 Take niacinamide in smaller amounts throughout the day (100-150mg) for optimal effectiveness in managing arthritis.
03:55 🍖 Ensure sufficient protein intake and avoid alcohol to support the beneficial effects of niacinamide on joint repair.
04:37 🌿 Niacinamide (B3) is a fascinating, non-toxic, and cost-effective natural remedy for arthritis, potentially aiding in improved sleep and energy levels.

  2. Another good tjing is boswellia. I also use oil of frankincense on my joints. Works wonders!! I will incorporate this as well!

  3. After smelling alcohol on a city public bus driver’s breath, I politely explained that NAD could be an effective treatment for alcoholism. I told him how it helps counter the depression and mood swings associated with post-acute withdrawal syndrome.
    • Fewer withdrawal symptoms
    • Improved cognitive function
    • Cellular restoration
    • Better metabolic function
    • Antidepressant
    • More energy
    • Reduced cravings
Hope he finds it helpful! Thanks, Dr. Berg! Have a great day, everyone! 🙂

    • Its a valuble vedio for me i have sleeping disterbans in the night in last 4 months i will try this may god bless you👏🏾🙏🏾

    • Helping people get over addictions is what Christians should be doing.
Which is “good works” but Christians aren’t doing good works.

    • lol – alcoholism and depressionsare very different illnesess …alcholism is 50% DNA pre-dominated and Derpession can be a mindset error or a Kalium deficit..but is defenetly noch a “sickness”…it more a missleading of minds or a Kalium deficite – which is very common in folks…. by diet.. and medications like Beta Blcoker – All beta Blcoker wahs out innercellular Kalium which is life dangerous thing….
..Niacine is not a miracle and 100% it can heal depressions and or alcoholism……ear hobby doctor…..you r a hero – di dyou looking for that?

  4. Taking niacinamide for arthritis will take time to work (weeks). Foods that are rich in niacinamide include chicken breast, salmon, anchovies, tuna, turkey, liver, ground beef, legumes and avocados. Alcohol consumption depletes niacinamide.

  5. This is amazing to know, Dr Berg! Your videos on exercises for stiff neck are also helpful. Thank you 😊💖

    • All those chemicals that were cherry-picked and given names like “vitamins” are very important. Same with minerals, electrolytes, essential fatty acids and essential amino acids (both cannot be produced by our bodies).

  6. This is helpful advice, Dr Berg. Natural sources of vit B3 are beef, beef liver, pork, poultry, salmon, tuna, anchovies, mushrooms, nuts, avocado and broccoli. Thank you for all your educational content 🙏🏻

    • @@johnsouza5262 yes of course. Sardines are rich in vitamin B12, also selenium, phosphorus, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and vitamin D. They contain significant amounts of calcium, vitamin B3, vitamin B2, copper, and choline. Hope it helps 🙏🏻

  7. Having scoliosis in the bottom part of the spine, wore a brace for 3 yrs has now caused hip, knee, neck and continued back pain due to the curvature never being fully corrected. Thank you for sharing, going to give it a try as I need to be able to keep moving in life.

    • @@ounahh thank you appreciate your response, yes unfortunately I’m not seeing any type of fixing but as long as I’m moving I’m pretty good, it’s the sitting that does me in, have a great day

  8. Eat healthy, exercise, take vitamin tabs and sleep well … That’s what I’ve done and just celebrated my 85th birthday lately 😊

  9. Makes sense. I’ve been 100% carnivore for 6 weeks and my arthritis pain is gone. 1 year on the carb free diet, OMAD, and the pain was still getting worse. I would get temporary relief from chiropractic adjustments for the past 16 years. I cut out the vegetables and that was the magic. Animal fat and protein only. Pain gone, energy and mood improved. Sill getting the adjustments because I have a physical job that knocks me out of alignment, but no more pain killers to get through the day.
