I take all these though I do substitute proline for collagen as I don’t eat animals and incorporate beets into my cultures for the methyl compounds instead of the TMG. My magnesium I get thru the magna power creatine which as MG infused into it which keeps the creatine active longer by buffering the acidity of the body

People need to pump the brakes on this VO2 obsession until there’s some interventional data. Pretty sure they’re all just making the same mistake as people who think that improving grip strength will improve longevity.
Yes, grip strength and VO2 max are highly *correlated* to life expectancy. But it’s probably just a marker of good health as opposed to a cause of it (ie: healthier people have stronger grips/less healthier people have weaker grips, and only healthy people can achieve a high VO2 max, whereas unhealthy people cannot.)
I’ll bet one’s ability to perform a cartwheel corresponds to life expectancy too. But that doesn’t mean we should all stark taking tumbling classes.
