  1. 1. My foundational diet is 95% Carnivore.
    2. Once you’ve established metabolic flexibility, you can periodically enjoy your favorite carbs, fruits & vegetables in limited amounts with no problem.
    3. Your healthy microbiome is durable & will recover.

    • I’m also >90% carnivore. This mediterranean concept is total nonsense based on flawed observational studies and of course it does better comparing it to the typical high processed food diet most people have these days…

  3. My parents are passed the average Med age. Perhaps Pharmaceuticals > Med Diet. They eat healthier than the average American, but they also eat a fair amount of junk,

  4. Great info. I’m sticking w/dry fasting daily as long as possible, eating OMAD or 2MAD keto-biotic but I cheat sometimes. Who doesn’t love pasta or bread on occasion? Thx Siim.
