Climb the stairs now or the Stairway to Heaven sooner.
Climbing up the stairs backwards is good for knee rehab
fast up to topfloor then down by elevator to destination floor anytime .. unless the weather is too warm ..
btw make shure yr heart can handle it ❤😊
I like to run up the stairs, taking two steps at a time, and that really gives me a good workout. And i do that taking 6-8 flights of stair in succession.
