There used to be a popular restaurant near me in CT that had the best dip made out of cottage cheese,horseradish and dehydrated vegetables (they had softened up somewhat sitting in the mixture,but dehydrated veggies are more flavorful than fresh) sounds so simple but everyone loved it. The restaurant closed long ago but I still love to make the dip

  6. You know what I figured out? And it’s sooo good-guacamole with carneseca (super thin beef jerky) it’s so good treat it like chips and guac! Game changer for low carb for me.

  7. Another recipe I came across–1/2 c cottage cheese, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 1/4 c of frozen blueberries heated up so they make their own juice. So good!!

  10. Currently loving blackberries simmered in a pot on low with monk fruit and lemon juice. Simmers down to a delicious jam. Then I refrigerate it and put in ontop greek yogurt or cottage cheese & top with low carb granola. SO sweet, tart and delish.

  11. Also loving Fage 0% greek yogurt with Sriracha & lime juice mixed in to make a dip for veggies & pair with a few pieces of rotisserie chicken.

  14. One of my favorite lunches is romaine leaves, bacon, slice of cream cheese, couple tomato bites. Make lettuce wraps with these ingredients. So good!

  15. Much better than the Costco, Trader Joe’s, etc. shopping trips that highlight processed packaged foods. Those foods might be quick to make, but you sacrifice whole foods. These snacks are great for being whole real foods with minimal processing.
