    • I 100% agree! I love using it to sweeten my tea lattes I have most mornings (it’s just tea, allulose, and a splash of oat milk) 😋

    • Can you buy it in a regular grocery store, I’m new to sugar free and I’ve never even heard of it

    • I do like alluose. I heard so much about bit I find it not sweet enough. I prefer erythritol. There is a brand I like better than swerve but I don’t remember at the moment.

  1. Great ideas! I just dump the additional items into greek yogurt or cottage cheese, therefore no items to wash except a single spoon.

  3. I love smoothies and never use bananas. I use ice, protein powder, almond milk and any berries I have . Sometimes I add chia seeds or ground flaxseed. I’m going to try the blueberry lemon for sure.😋 Thanks for sharing these with us.🤗💖😋

  4. The second smoothie is what I make for myself at least once a week!! I’ve been making it for years! I recommend to add come chocolate nibs, sugar free, to top it off! It’s phenomenal!!!!

  5. I now add maple extract to my protein blueberry flaxseed shake and WOW what a difference!
