Can This Reverse Glaucoma: ▶️
0:00 Introduction: Dry eyes symptoms
1:57 What causes dry eyes?
3:17 Retinopathy
4:27 Floaters
5:18 Macular degeneration
7:36 Glaucoma
8:42 Cataracts
In this video, we’ll discuss some common eye problems and the nutrients that can help. Dry eyes and night blindness are often caused by vitamin A deficiency.
Vitamin A deficiency can be caused by a diet high in junk food or an issue with the gallbladder.
Egg yolks, liver, butter, and cod liver oil are the best sources of vitamin A. Plants are not a good source of vitamin A because they only contain the precursor, beta-carotene.
Zinc is essential for vitamin A to work properly in the body. Red meat, oysters, shellfish, and liver are the best sources of zinc.
Retinopathy is often caused by diabetes. Excessive amounts of glucose can create oxidation in the nervous system. Benfotiamine, a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1, can penetrate nerve tissue.
Consuming protein with sugar causes a chemical reaction called glycation, which can cause floaters in the eye. A low-carb or carnivore diet may help. Intermittent and prolonged fasting allow your body to recycle damaged proteins through autophagy and may help with floaters.
Macular degeneration is often said to be age-related. However, blue light, alcohol, smoking, sugar, and seed oils may contribute to it. To improve eye health, try lowering your seed oil consumption and increasing your intake of omega-3 fats.
Lutein, zeaxanthin, and meso-zeaxanthin are carotenoids that protect your eyes against macular degeneration. You can find these compounds in the following foods:
• Green vegetables
• Orange fruits and vegetables
• Yellow fruits and vegetables
• Egg yolks
• Seafood (Salmon, shrimp)
• Grass-fed meat
Glaucoma is an eye condition in which excessive pressure causes damage to the back of the eye. Research has shown that vitamin D can be an excellent remedy for glaucoma. High amounts of vitamin D can also be beneficial for cataracts.
N-acetyl-carnosine and zinc contain antioxidants that protect the eye and improve cataracts. Dark purple, red, orange, and yellow fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants that help support eye health.

Congratulations 👏👏👏, Sir…..
Thanks for all..
You are very welcome, thanks for the support!
@@Drbergwhen I first met you (online) you barely had 3 million. I’ve been recommending you all over Scotland 🏴….
Now you gave more subs than the entire population of Scotland 😂- I love you 🫶🏻 especially those trips to the store vids with your handsome friend. 😘 more of those please 😍
@@Drberg Thing is, the age of co vid has shouted to the masses that the medical establishment and big pharma are one of the enemies to our well-being, and have been lying to us our entire lives. We are better off seeking advice elsewhere such as your videos.
Congrats on 12M. 👏🏽💜
Appreciated, thanks for watching!
@@Drberg Of course. You’re more than welcome. Your content is always so helpful! 😊
Dry eye is typically caused by Meibum Gland Dysfunction. To seek immediate relief, one needs a cup of hot coffee. Blow into it, and let the steam that comes out of the cup hit you dry eye(s) for a minute or two. If the eye has a Meibum Gland blockage, this can clear up the blockage instantly. In traditional Chinese (TCM) practice, instead of hot coffee, the practitioner puts Buddleia flowers into the hot liquid.
Wow! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much will find buddleia
Will any steam do? I only drink water and broth.
NAC will not, in maybe get rid of cataracts. I tried…What will really accelerate Cataracts are steroid eye drops…be careful. The good news is that Cataract Surgery is a miracle and I am seeing clearly again.
Lots of laser damaged eye surgery patients will be watching this video for hope. folks, never get Lasik or PRK or ICL, it truly is life-ending for many people.
That’s why eye professionals don’t get it done
During Covid seasons I suffered from exteremly dry eyes and floaters… I tried all kinds of over the counter eye drops, but nothing helped. Then I bought eye drops that was suggested by Dr. Berg and thank God it has helped a lot. Very pricey, but worth every penny.
Cataract surgery. Worst decision ever!! I’m a professional illustrator and animator. Because of that surgery, I now have a retinal pucker in my left eye due to a torn retina which WILDLY distorts images in that eye. All lines are wavy, everyone’s face looks like Benedict Cumberbatch and Adam Driver, everything is 40% bigger than in the right eye. Both eyes are full of huge floaters and have terrible dry eye. Please friends; try EVERY natural solution for cataracts before resorting to surgery!
@@aemyay5169which eye drop can you name
I am so glad I saw this video this morning in my notifications and that I didn’t ignore it. And I’m even more blessed that I read the comments and these replies. My mother-in-law had Lasik not once not twice but I believe even a third time or perhaps the third time was to repair you guessed it, her cornea it was damaged. I will never let these guinea pig torturing monsters ever touch me again. I suffer from floaters for a very long time now and I just turned 48.
Hope everyone watching the video gets a lot of value
I recently experienced this and discovered the Vitamin A deficiency. I’m continuing to supplement with vitamin A and others. The floater has improved, but not gone away completely.
Try castor oil. I wipe it over my eye’s at bedtime. Helped with dry eye & floaters.
Keep going. Here is a link that might be of help 👉 https://www.drberg.com/blog/fix-floaters-in-the-eyes

WOW, I had cornia tear when my daughter was a toddler…I just opened my eyes in middle of night because she cried and my eyelid stuck and tore they sent me to ER to get eye shaved and had to wear patch for a week…very painful they had me put a save like super soft Vaseline in my eyes every night but vision was so blurry when I got up… Thanks so much for explaining the cause and how to help…
Once upon a time, there was a 60 year old man. He had the trashiest of trash diets. He was obese. He had high blood pressure. He had terrible blood tests. He had chronic eye floaters. He had depression, anxiety. He had acid reflux and was on daily Nexium for 20 years. He was diagnosed with degenerative brain disease at Emory Brain Center Atlanta, GA. All of a sudden, he saw Dr Berg videos. In January 2022, this man went KETO + Intermittent fasting with a 4:20 eating/fasting window + walked 8 miles every other day = October 2022, this man had lost 50 lbs, got off 7 medications, with Dr guidance, had best blood tests ever AND floaters GONE!!! Doctor said, you must have been misdiagnosed at Emory Brain Center….yeah RIGHT.
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😊😊I am encouraged

You go!!!!
Excellent. 👍Keto is the way👍
🎉 Speaking of vitamin B1, I just suggested it to a neighbor who suffers from a thumb sucking condition called Non-nutritive sucking habits (NNSH). He also bites his nails, “onychophagy.” He got mad at me for trying to help, now he sprays toxic perfume towards the breeze in an attempt to poison my air quality. Sad deal. Oh well, thanks Sir! Have a great day everyone! 🙂
TWISTED WORLD WE LIVE IN. 🤨
Reminds me of the time I offered a hoarder to help clean out her car. Ha, ha, ha, ha.
Pray for the neighbor! People are so troubled. We are fighting against dark spirits, not flesh and blood!😢
@@kathym6603 Trauma in the past, and mental and spiritual conditions make helping many people a slow, frustrating, uphill battle. Hoarder friend, and another with victimhood crutch.
You tried! There is no harm in that. We all have to find our truth.
Finally, someone is giving this condition a spotlight.
Castor oil in the eyes before sleep. I have tried this and woke up with very refreshed eyes. I used the dark bottle, cold pressed, hexane free, non gmo, pure castor oil.
I have tried this but wake up with a bunch of sticky junk in my eyes
@@CTX50 me too, castor oil doesn’t work for everybody
castor oil IN eyes can be dangerous, as other pple write here, good it works for you ofcourse :), what helps also with castor oil (for me, that is), is use it ‘as nighcreme’ over eyes.
I heard people say to put it on your eyelids not in your eyes. I’m trying to do that and see if it helps.

I want to thank you. THANK YOU DR. BERG I’m going to tackle the issue of my eye floaters finally. It makes me sad because I can remember when my vision was clear many years ago.
You are welcome, glad it is helping.
We fixed our floaters with 12mg. daily of Astaxanathin
How should that have worked?
@@jdr4674It’s a powerful antioxidant that improves blood circulation to the eye.
@@FabioGalleraniOfficialMy floaters reduced too with Astaxanthin and blurry vision too and that was the main change in my supplements, no dietary changes at all
Come on Linda, stop being a floater and tell the truth, did it fix your floaters….because you look to young to float….😮

It’s been 4 days for me. I hope it clears my floaters.
