    • Yes, Vanilla! Idk why people like to promote only 2 ingredients like, add some flavor lady! LOL. We can handle more than 2 ingredients.

  1. I think if you add a small amount like maybe a tsp or 2 of coconut oil into the chocolate it would be easier to coat the bar. What do you think?

    • It’s a good idea to make them look pretty and smooth if you’re concerned with the visual but personally I think the taste and texture of the chocolate is better without the coconut oil.

    • @jennifercaragianakos3075  Good point. I certainly wouldn’t want to add too much.

  2. Mix the cool whip with chocolate protein powder instead and then dip in chocolate chips melted and its a high protein snack.

  3. I mix it with the peanut butter powder no sugar added so that it’s like a Reese‘s candy bar

  4. maybe protein powder mixed in with the whip instead? the calories on the chocolate chips are still 70c/tbsp so it adds up quick. A regular 3 musketeers is 262 calories, but also has a lot of sugar. So it does work as a great sugar alternative, but maybe not that much less calorie wise as a 2.13 oz musketeers bar.

    • For less calories don’t drizzle melted chocolate. Instead sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top.

  5. I am so glad that you did something like this. I crave chocolate so much might have to make it with peanuts or maybe even peanut butter. Thanks again.

  6. If you want clean whipped cream just take some organic heavy cream, add allulose, vanilla extract and beat until stiff peaks.

    • Thanks for adding this comment. Cool whip has unhealthy things in it & I was wondering if whipped cream would work as well.

    • @saratonnan  you’re welcome my friend. 1 cup of heavy cream (sprouts has a decent priced organic one), 1 tsp vanilla and add as much allulose as you want for desired sweetness. 3 tbsp or more. Taste to see.

    • @sjs9354  you could whip up some coconut cream and add vanilla extract and your sweetener of choice to that.

  7. Those look delish! To avoid the softening by the time you get your the last piece to dunk, dip 1/2 at a time. Keep the other half in the freezer till you are ready.

  8. I would do the final dip in dark chocolate and sprinkle sea salt on it but looks great!

  9. Myra is obviously very beautiful and takes care of herself. She never said eat the whole batch. This is a way for people to lose their weight and keep it off by curving those cravings without going off the rails. If you don’t want to eat it or make it than don’t. Thanks Myra for the recipes.❤

    • Another way to keep the cravings away is to eliminate all carbs and sweeteners from one’s diet, i.e. the carnivore way of eating. I had tried everything over the last 48 years, including low carb and keto and had success. However, it was always just a matter of time before the cravings came back and eventually overtook my willpower and best intentions. It wasn’t until I eliminated all carbs (including veggies) and all kinds of sweeteners that I finally had no cravings and found peace with my eating. It’s been two years and I’m still going strong and don’t miss not having a sweet taste in my diet.

I enjoy eating homemade ice cream, crème brûlée, custard, and other desserts without any added sweetness. The creaminess provides all the mouthfeel and hint of sweetness I could want or need.

It has been so freeing and liberating to not be addicted to and crave sweeteners any more and have that monkey on my back!!

    • @@luanneneill2877 That’s good if that way of eating works for you. Not everyone wants to eat the Carnivore diet (meat) all the time. I like fruits and veggies, so the Carnivore diet would not work for me. People have to do what works for them.

    • @@luanneneill2877I could never do the carnivore diet myself because I just don’t like meat enough. I’ve lost 74lbs so far from just cutting down on fats and carbs. Eating just under my daily calorie allowance. Everyone is different and what works for one person won’t work for another.

  10. Run, don’t walk to my kitchen and make these! Milky Way is one of my favorite candy bars. Thank you!!!

  11. Oh my Lord!!! You’re not gonna believe this!!! But I was just thinking about asking you to do low carb candy!!! Thank you ! Thank you Thank you!!!!!!

  12. I don’t know why, but nobody seems to know that if you melt chocolate on the defrost setting it doesn’t burn.

    • Never knew that, thanks for the information, … for how long would you set the timer for the defrosting setting? 😊

      Nice greetings from Germany,
      Ela 🤗

  13. Perfect timing. My x-wife who’s diabetic was just telling about so candy she enjoys, but it’ll expensive. She’ll love this! THANK YOU!

  14. I bet you could lightly toast some almond slices and unsweetened coconut and fold them into the Cool-whip. Great recipe.

  15. One of the worst things about being diagnosed with diabetes at age 57 is how much enjoyment you have to give up during meals. Not only did I have to calorie restrict to under 1200 cals a day, but no sugar, eating is such a chore now. Thank you for a bit of joy in my meals.

    • why did you have to calorie restrict? Fat is high in calories but won’t need insulin to metabolize, so it’s perfect for diabetics. Protein also doesn’t need insulin and has the save calories as carbs.

    • This makes my heart so happy!! This is definitely my goal…I know how hard it can be and if I can give you some joy, that is all worth it 🩷

  16. Put the cream in a piping tube, pipe large strips, freeze and then dip. So cute, and so yummy.
