  1. Living far away, from the reality of the modern human dilemma.

    Problem free, it’s called a vacation.

    • I think he eat less and follows more the steps from Brian Johnson.

      I personally believe it isnot worth it to live in a caloric deficit. The downs are just to much.

      Intermittend fasting for 16-18 hours for sure but your hormonesystem turns off that is why bryan johnson trys to fix this artifically with external testosterone replacement therapy.

      I truely honestly believe the best thing is to do everything optimised for the best longevity outcome. But eating less and being in a critcally low BMI reduces your livequality A LOT ! So i think it is better to have something around 24-27BMI with low bodyfat and have a great life and enjoy the moment.

      I think at some point quantity for longevity is detrimental for a fullfilled and happy life. So i seek quality and might not get 180 or 140 years and only 120 years. But these years i was living to the fullest! END

      In case of a vegan diet in which MAYBE you live longer, but your health sucks, I do agree.

    • He losing his gains. Getting a pencil neck, narrower shoulders.
      He obviously thinks it’s beneficial. I’d rather keep the extra muscle even it is less optimal. What’s the point living as a wimp.

  3. Isn’t it possible that the increased form of oxygen in the special environment altered his health, rather than being underwater?

  4. I’m sure he’s monitoring these markers currently to see if they hold or quickly return to normal.
