In this video, we’re going to talk about 5 warning signs you definitely shouldn’t normalize!

1. There are many reasons for chronic fatigue, including the following:
•Anemia (Low B12 or iron deficiency)
•Low vitamin B1
•Tick bites
•Liver disease
•Heart disease
•Autoimmune disease

Vitamins will not have a significant impact unless you correct your diet. Although unlikely, there’s a chance that chronic fatigue could be related to something more serious like cancer.

2. Sudden weight loss is associated with hyperthyroidism, type 1 diabetes, Addison’s disease, and parasites.

3. Persistent weakness can be caused by anemia, sodium deficiency, low magnesium, low potassium, and low vitamin E.

4. Diarrhea is usually caused by food poisoning or food that your body doesn’t agree with, but chronic diarrhea is different. Chronic diarrhea can be caused by the following:
•Low zinc
•Medication
•IBS
•Poor diet
•Parasites

A potent probiotic taken for a long time can often help fix this problem.

5. Persistent stomach pain usually subsides when you improve your diet and eliminate junk food. If this doesn’t work, you could have a gallstone or kidney stone. Persistent stomach pain can also be caused by SIBO, a condition where bacteria is in the small intestine instead of the large. Intermittent fasting, garlic, and betaine hydrochloride can help.

    • But even if you correct your diet, if you have a sluggish liver and poor bile flow – even the best organic food won’t help you. Your body simply won’t be able to extract all the nutrients from that wonderful food. First thing that needs to be corrected is bile flow along with dietary changes. Artichoke leaf extract for better flow.

  3. All you have to do is find a doctor. Whether allopathic or naturopathic. Someone that is a knowledgeable professional. And lastly, prioritizes the “well-being of their vulnerable patient. Good luck. There won’t be many out there.

    • Almost impossioble now sinc3e Codvid. I’ve gone4 through 5 gastro docs and about as many primary care docs due to either their ineptness or no answers or they have left the practice. It’s just awful now. And try to get a specialist??? They’re either not taking new patients, not returning calls or appointments are so far out when you need some help failry quick…not ER or Urgetn care quick you understand, but not 4 months out either.

    • I was told that insurance will not pay for some naturopathic doctor visits or treatments. I finally figured out through watching dr berg that my chronic fatigue was caused by a thiamine deficiency. Took mega doses for a couple of weeks then backed off to a regular dose. My fatigue improved almost immediately. Medical doctors are not trained in nutrition which is just crazy.

    • @@cathyp it’s *not* crazy when you consider what they ARE taught and believe, that surgeries and manmade drugs are the only solutions (and they spend hundreds of thousands for that “education”). And Rockefeller did that on purpose for profits. Look up the Flexner Report if you’re interested.

  4. After reading about 14 of the Cell Membrane Organelles, I’m starting to realize how wrong both my Father’s diagnosis and my diagnosis of ADHD were so WRONG! The amazing job of mitochondria, powerhouses of the cell, produce ATP through cellular respiration.   6. 👍🙌🙌 you’re exactly correct, I’ve had doctors actually tell me that before! They would say, “we can give you this medication, but do you want to be on this the rest of your life?”.
    No, I’m 63 years old and I’ve only heard one doctor told me that other than you right here in this video. Doctor patients with medication because that’s what patient want. !!! they want to help them NOW!

    TUDCA and ox bile have been working wonders for my gallbladder issue!

    Also, the B2 vitamin intake has been helping with migraines!

  8. I had sudden weight loss that doctors ignored. I live in Canada, enough said. I expelled worms accidentally after consuming castor oil for constipation out of desperation. Fortunately this happed in the US so went to doctor there and was prescribed ivermectin and Albendazole. A month later I gained ten pounds without diet change. Parasites should be taken seriously.

    • Dr Eric Berg should be in charge of the FDA. I wish we could vote him into this position for removing all the harmful foods and drugs from our civilization.

  10. @Dr. Eric Berg – I lived abroad in Asia for many years, ate their diet. Stopped eating potatos chips, junk foods, etc. Even greatly reduced my sugar consumption. Man it feels so good to not be eating that garbage anymore. I can’t even make myself eat that stuff.

  11. I tell so many people to ask that last question. Then I just bluntly say, that it is in your ability to look at the alternatives and decide whether you want to do something about it. Dr.s know drugs, they don’t know nutrition. They don’t prevent problems, they “clean up” the evidence of the mess.
    I had a family member who is on blood pressure medication slowly start lowering the blood pressure (through diet and exercise) and I told them to keep a journal, because if you end up getting your blood pressure normalized it could be dangerous to take medication your body no longer needs. Of course they are now no longer eating healthy and exercising so they are still on the medication. But the example shows it is possible. But you have to be willing to put in the effort instead of reaching for the easy “garbage” food.

    • Lots of doctors are seduced by attractive saleswomen from pharmaceutical companies for assigning drugs to their patients.
      I work in healthcare and every time the pharmaceutical companies send someone to educate doctors and staff about drugs it’s a very beautiful female.

  12. As a woman, my symptoms of chronic fatigue were ignored for years by doctors. I had sudden weight loss of over 3.5 stone in 3 months, stomach pains, diarrhea on and off, took five years to finally get diganosed with celiac disease. I was unable to work for 4 of those years and saw many drs and specialists & had investigations no answers, I was told by one ” You’re a woman with kids, of course your tired and stressed!” I finally found a doctor who listened and diagnosed celiacs within 15 mnutes of listening to my history and symptoms. Followed a Low carb/keto diet and dramatic improvement within weeks! So glad this information is provided for all who cannot find a decent dr! Thanks

    • Wow! Stories like yours make me so thankful for my easy diagnosis. I had severe joint pain, weight loss, stomach issues, extreme fatigue, and more… My two best friends convinced to me to go off gluten for 2 weeks and that’s all it took for me to realize I probably had celiac disease. (My grandma had it and I am just like her, and when I googled the symptoms I had most of them.)

    • I hv Crohn’s disease, so that affects all your organs including your bones/joints in your body vs like Colitis which effects 1 organ. Anyways, most are allergic to wheat gluten which is a man-made hormone put in wheat to make it tast better. So, basically I dont drink beer or eat pasta that much… I’ve stayed away from that stuff since I was 24 years old. However, I saw an internal medicine doc who confirmed I was allergic to wheat gluten but I can hv it in small amounts or just not consecutively. So, I eat pizza 🍕 but have coffee later & it moves my food vs having the extreme pain from a flare up. My Crohn’s is extreme, I’ve had surgery & been on Rumara but think I hv nerve damage from that stuff…

    • I had one dr when i told her i was tired all the time and overweight and couldnt seem to lose weight no matter what i try……she said…oh thats just getting older. I wanted to slap her off that chair. I never went back.

  13. I can confirm that eliminating junk food cleared all stomach issues x)
    Also for restless leg syndrom pillow under knees when you sleep, also helps with cramps, its such a game changer.

    • for RLS, i use a heavy duty chiropractic type massager. i lay my leg on it and let it work its magic on my calves…and it helps alot…that and a 5 minute hot bath before bed. JUST ENOUGH to get relaxed..and then get out. stay too long and it makes it worse. and CBD.

  16. Thank you for telling people to get another doctor if one tells you “it’s all in your head.” While there are a lot of bad doctors out there, there are good ones who actually care and will listen to you.

  17. Dr.Berg, I almost watched all of your videos. I stopped white sugar, stopped eating gluten foods, dairy foods and vegetable oil. Using only coconut oil, Olive oil for cooking.. eating more protein, less carbs, adequate fat and vegetables, dairy free..I used to have constipation and now I don’t have it . feeling ver light and I lost 7 kg of weight and my thyroid levels were reduced from 4 to belythe normal, so reduced the dose from 100 mcg to 50 now. thanks Dr.. Im grateful for you.. please continue your good work ❤
