Daily dosing of vitamin D is crucial.
Here are the top symptoms of vitamin D deficiency:
1. High blood pressure
2. Lowered mood
3. Inflammation
4. Weak immune system
5. Sleep problems
6. Skin issues
7. Low back pain or muscle pain
Vitamin D is one of the most important vitamins for overall health. It’s essential to make sure you’re getting enough. Unless you’re taking vitamin D or are getting plenty of sunshine every 24 hours—you’re likely vitamin D deficient.
We also have to consider the factors that hinder vitamin D levels, such as:
• Obesity
• Insulin resistance
• Diabetes
• Lack of sun exposure
• Lack of vitamin D in the diet
• Aging
Consider taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. If you’re worried about vitamin D toxicity, keep in mind that if you go out in the sun for only 30 to 45 minutes, you’re getting about 20,000 IU of vitamin D, so 10,000 IU is not much for your body to handle.
You should also get plenty of magnesium, zinc, vitamin K2, and boron when you take vitamin D.

THANK YOU FROM BELGIUM , HERE IT IS RAINING AND CLOUDY ALL THE TIME SINCE OCTOBER 2023
As well as in north of France…
We have a heat wave and sunny in NYC
lol
Lithuania too
You’re a Godsend doc.
Dr. Berg, a lot of health insurance companies are no longer paying for vitamin D level tests for children. They’ll pay for non-sexually active teens to get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea but not D. We gladly paid for the test out of pocket. Vitamin D has been a staple in our household since our kids were toddlers. Thanks for the information.
In Canada too, it’s not covered by our system under regular blood testing or lab requests you have to pay 50 dollars for it.
It’s 65 $ in BC Canada u have to pay
It’s not a test that’s ever carried out in UK or Ireland unless begged for even then 🤷
Yes and I have to pay extra for the vitamin test . 😮
Vitamin D is Vitamin ME!!!
good timing. i was recently told by a doc that my 10000iu per day was toxic. scarey doctor😮
i stopped…. by day 4 i had recurrances of certain skin problem and another problem or 2…. day 5 10000iu…. and day 6, everything was normal again.
good luck 🤞🍀
Time to change the doctor. If you can actually find a good one these days, i can’t. Studies show that D3 starts having sideeffects when you take at least 40.000 IE per day, who does that?
They also give out D2 instead of D3, and without any K2. If they also give magnesium, they will give you magnesium oxide, which doesn’t absorb. This is “evidence” natural health isn’t very effective. Time to pull out the drugs! It’s science! 🤦♂
@@dakoderii4221Why D2?
Doctors have no training in nutrition. They even told me they know nothing about vitamins! They won’t test for Vit D levels in Canada. They only push pills for Big Pharma!

@@Globetrotter-1depends on age and gender. Women through menopause definitely need it, which my doctor never recommended and now have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. And as you’re older, you start losing just about everything. lol😮
What kind
@Globetrotter-1 do you live ina cave ?
I m from kashmir and I absolutely adore you and love you dr Eric berg
4,5 years now since the last time i have been sick. Been taking 10.000 IE D3 with K2 every day since then. My parents too. It just works and is so cheap.
Have you seen any kind of dizziness and over sleeping symptoms with this supplementation?
When I took K2 with Vitamin D I had a hard time waking up
I remember very well, when people started to figure out that you should have enough K2 with D.
A few years later Mg followed. Now we have Boron on the list.
In 20 years it may be practically every vitamin and mineral.
Know why, because all of these vitamins and minerals work together. It’s good as a doctor, Dr berg is updating himself. That’s why I keep watching him.
It’s good to take boron
D3, K2, Magnesium. Zinc and Boron.
At present.
It’s D3 or D?
@lsmith992 If you take boron it depletes riboflavin so add vitamin B2 to your list. And if you take zinc add copper to your list 😅
Thank you as always. You’re one of the few I trust so your information is invaluable for people like myself. We’d be lost without you ❤

@@selena_verbliudThere’s plenty of sunlight in northern Europe.
Dr Berg , it straightened out my whole being , sleep , mood , back pain and just poor sleep altogether, after 5,000 units of D 3 and now I’m right back on top again. Thx doc I owe it all to you 🙏🎯👀🌎🥰
It’s amazing how companies will not fun studies and vitamin D.
It would be a huge financial loss for these companies if everyone healed themselves with vitamin D! Thank you, Dr. Berg!
Because they can not patent Vitamin-D.
You and Dr. Berg are on point. 2 days ago I had a doctor’s appointment which stated I was severely low in vitamin d and pre diabetic. The day after my appointment, Dr. Ekberg coincidentally posts a video on how to reverse pre diabetes and now a video from you on vitamin d deficiency. Thank you 😁

I’m in the sun 8 hours per day and have never felt better. I supplement w vit D during fall and winter when we get more cloud cover. Dr B is spot on, as always
I stopped taking my Vitemin D3 for 2 weeks on a very S****d advice of D toxicity after blood test, I’m back to annoying paintful issues that are mentioned here. Every single issue that you don’t need. I will start taking D3 this time with magnisium and k2. Thank you Dr. Berg❤
All i can is say is you saved my life with statins i stopped them 16/months ago a complete change in mood and pains in joints and muscle are almost gone thank you.
You stoped Statin or start take statin.??
Did vitamin d help you to get rid of statins???
I’ve been taking at least 100,000 IU for the past 4 years with no issues. I’ve been feeling much better. Recently started increasing my iodine/iodide as well with Lugols.
