0:00 Introduction: Nutritional deficiencies and modern medicine
0:22 Neurasthenia
1:10 Tourette syndrome
1:55 Persecutory delusions
3:03 Restless legs syndrome
4:05 Panic, anxiety, worry
4:46 Sensation of impending doom

Today, we’ll discuss the importance of nutritional deficiencies. In modern medicine, many health problems are labeled “idiopathic” when they actually stem from nutritional deficiency.

These 6 devastating health conditions can be the result of nutritional deficiencies.

1. Neurasthenia
This is a condition in which your nervous system and brain are depleted, causing fatigue and mood problems. Vitamin B3 in the form of niacin can help with this problem. Try taking 500 mg for 3 days, gradually increasing to 1000 mg daily. Also, make sure you follow a healthy diet!

2. Tourette syndrome
Tourette syndrome is characterized by sudden involuntary movements and verbal outbursts. It may also be the result of a vitamin B3 deficiency. Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is a potential solution for Tourette syndrome symptoms. Try taking 500 to 1000 mg of niacinamide per day.

3. Persecutory delusions
Persecutory delusions consist of various mental symptoms caused by a nutritional deficiency. Feeling that you will be harmed or mistreated, apathy, disorganized thoughts, lack of clarity, lack of focus, and hallucinations are the most common symptoms of this condition. Persecutory delusions may be caused by a vitamin B12 deficiency.

4. Restless legs syndrome
This condition is characterized by the urge to move your legs, especially when sleeping. This is either caused by a vitamin B1 deficiency or an iron deficiency. If you have an iron deficiency, your palms, inner eyelids, and nail beds will likely be pale.

5. Panic, anxiety, worry
These symptoms are typically worse when you’re going to bed. Constant panic, anxiety, and worry are often caused by a vitamin B1 deficiency, which is usually caused by consuming too many carbs.

6. Sensation of impending doom
This is a mental problem that makes you feel like something bad is going to happen. It can be caused by a vitamin D3 deficiency. Try taking 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 every day for a few months.

    • I remember, about 10 years ago, my BP was around 140/90..
      I never went on meds

When COVID hit, I started taking vitamin D3, zinc, etc
Now, it hovered around 126/85.. sometimes higher or lower
Both of my parents were on BP meds by 65
I’m 65, and not on them

      I also drink more water

    • Sadly most Doctors have an answer for everything, even if it’s wrong; in requires humility for a doctor to admit they lack any beneficial information to whatever said issues or symptoms.

    • @@jasonbaldridge4281Most doctors have been programmed by the *literal* snake oil salesman Rockefeller Medicine Model which has nothing to do with good health. Glad people are waking up!

    • He got me, to not take covid vax..in which I’m grateful
Also, I met an EMT who took it plus boosters, and still the got COVID 6 times 🥴

  1. Unfortunately, the healthcare system itself is not interested in curing a person. they want a client who will be treated forever, until death

  2. The problem is the health system is profit driven and not based on good health outcomes for the patient

    • the thing is, going to a doctor is like going to a theme park you never know what is going to happen, and you have to follow/wait until His/her treatment is over to evaluate the whole experience because a good doctor can never give 100% all the time to all patients… and god bless.

    • That’s not true. The profit incentives are skewed because of government mandates all over the system. No body complained that the problem with technology was profit driven, because without massive regulation the tech sector got better and cheaper year over year with a natural profit incentive with little government involvement.

  3. I’d say that in today’s world, the feeling of impending doom isn’t so much a D3 deficiency as of what’s going on globally and in our country today!

    • I live in the UK and this belief is on the rise here, often fuelled by watching the vast array of US health channels! We are fortunate enough to still have a free National Health Service (since 1948). I think this is why many here are still very thankful of “conventional” health interventions when they are (inevitably) required, sooner or later, in most of our lives.

    • That was before.
      Now they want you deleted.
World population to 500 million. Not a fluke.

  4. We need doctors who don’t indirectly promote the use/consumption of Ozempic, Lucky Charms, toxic injections, such as Botox around the eyes, etc. How sad. Have a wonderful Sunday, everyone! 🙂

  5. The healthcare system should be renamed as the Health Management Organization. It promotes & encourages long death, not long life, helping us “manage” our health with continual prescriptions.

  6. “No, you’re not in pain. You just think you’re in pain. You’re too young to feel pain. It’s science! I’m the doctor. I have a degree, you don’t!” 😑🤦‍♂

  7. It’s been many years since I took medicine. I’ve been relying on intermittent fasting and healthy eating to stay fit

  8. So , 98% are attributed to a lack of the B vitamins.
So take a good multi Vitamin B complex. Sorted.

    • Don’t know if that’s a good idea. Taking them separately at different times of the day is probably a better idea. I watched a video a while back explaining folic acid blocks b-12 and leads to a deficiency. Folate is better and taking them at separate times is best. But good luck finding a b-complex with folate and not folic acid (and yes they are very different)

    • @@puhacz4271he’s talked about it in other videos but long story short refined carbs rob us of B1 in particular.

  9. My RLS gets out of control sometimes.. thanks for touching on this!! I didn’t know about the iron deficiency issue.. both my Dad and I have pernicious anemia and really have to keep it in check and we both get RLS! You are awesome, thank you for being here for us, you are irreplaceable!!

  10. I’ve dropped sugar in the past and watched the weight fall off, I never connected the dots between dropping sugar and an increase in mood, until very recently.

(Sugar directly causes nutrient depletion, of course).

Thanks to your videos, putting out sugar while doing OMAD with nutritional yeast and keto/carnivore has improved my mood, it has placed a barrier around it almost. I have made the effort to get as much sun as there is available as well. Everything has been night and day so far. So I am expecting good things. I have been getting good results from this. It’s sort of separated anxiety from me. I could see where it was coming from. I can feel things, this time though, these things I am feeling do not become me. It’s like a stinging or a buzzing sensation. I have more mental clarity since practicing keto and forms of fasting which are essential. It’s done so much for me, thank you, always!

  11. I was reading a book and one sentence said “almost all problems can be solved by addressing your basic needs.” As basic as this statement is, it’s true and it made me rethink prescription medication and even vitamins (if I can get them from food first). It’s amazing what satisfying your basic needs like sleep, a healthy diet, and exercise can fix.
