First 💪🏾
I feel privileged to receive such learned material from a true expert—thanks Siim!!
I’ve been eating a lot of fruit, green leafies, and nuts lately but wonder if I’m over doing the oxalates…whats your take?
Everyone is different…
@@sacredneutral7304true and I wonder what percentage of people have to worry about oxalates. Bet it’s not many (assuming you don’t have history of already having kidney stones and aren’t eating insane amounts).
Right. If youre worried take something to combat oxalates.
Fruits are very low on oxalates.
@matttee1319 probably not, wouldnt really worry about it unless youre eating 5kgs of spinach a day
i sweam in olive oil i have a farm in greece
Do you produce the oil yourself?
Olive oil from greece is the best as studies show. They have to be imported in a metal can.
Dark sunproof glass is always better than metal can.
@SiimLand what is your opinion on coq10? is it good for antiaging?
yes it is, take it daily
I wonder how much genetics plays a role in this guys’ results
L comment
@@TheMafiat genetics is a thing? Believe it or not
@@Keeperchama his face tells me otherwise
@@SargeMaximus as far as i can remember he said his grandfather lived to like 70 and great grandfather died under 40
@@NewDarkKnight that’s crazy. If you look at his facial features and bone structure he has a healthy genetic profile
Everybody talk about how these supplements can blunt muscle growth ,but still i dont have asnwer about muscle strenght(because i dont care about growth)
One lives less when they work oit as an elite since the amount of time wasted on working oit to living is less than someone that does not. In short it has to be in a balance. Example jack lalanea brother that didnt work out outlived jack
Jack Lalanea had 3 brothers, 2 died in childhood. His father died at age 58. Jack Lalanea made it to age 96, which has everything to do with his lifestyle and diet. A week before his death he was still mobile and exercising. He was a great example of how we should live.
About sauna blankets, is it a problem/detriment that it does not heat your head, unlike an actual sauna?
No, it is not too early to tell whether smart watches are problematic, since we’ve been carrying smartphones everywhere for years, which usually emit more EMF than watches, and there’s been research on phones (and routers, antennas etc. emitters) Plus, you can use a watch in airplane mode and connect only when absolutely needed, if you’re worried.
I do high dose vitamin c for better recovery because since 2020 my recovery from gym went from a few days to 9 days which is extremely disturbing. High dose Vitamin c together with msm and a whole bunch of other supplements, I don’t feel like it’s preventing me muscle growth tho 👌
Oh thank goodness… I only use my smart watch when I exercise because my fiancée got it for me.. So I can’t really NOT use it. Thank you for the info. I was worried a lot about this. My medical scientist sis said these watches aren’t so accurate (I believe they ain’t either), but as long as I can count my steps and such.
Oh thats why my test is higher now on Astaxanthin.
Is it possible to get heavy metal poisoning from dark chocolate? Would it be subclinical or would it show up in a hair test?
what about Quercitin… Fisitin
Smartwatches are usually connected to a smartphone via bluetooth, which is a weaker field than the one your smartphone uses.
EMF exposure is proportional to the amount of energy being emitted. Amount of energy is proportional to the capacity of the battery times speed of discharge. As a general rule of thumb, I wouldn’t bother about devices that can sustain for many days on a small battery, like a whoop band for example.
Sweeteners are super bad for you!
