  1. I went Vegan twice last year and I gained 32 pounds.. Oh my goodness
    I will never do that again
    I’m now moderate protein, moderate carbs and fats and I have lost 19lbs

    I’m a foodie too😂😂😂

    • lol it was all the pasta and carbs huh? That’s what happened to me when I went pescatarian ! lol I learned how to read my labels and how food affects your body and that fixed everything right up!

    • I wonder what you guys were eating when you were vegan I’ve been vegan 9 years going to 10 years and I lost a lot of weight, and I never gained it back

    • Hey you can do vegan keto ! It’s hard but worth it. Ngl I do occasionally eat animals (mostly sardines) and don’t have an ethical problem with backyard eggs so when I can find those I eat them too. But it’s doable. I eat lots of soy which isn’t for everyone

    • That’s how I had gained all my weight. I was vegan for 4 years. I felt good, but then in 2020, I got breast cancer and stopped eating processed vegan foods and so much sugar….ugh…I’ve been Ketovore/Carnivore since 7-1-23 and have lost 45 lbs. I feel amazing!!!

    • I do intermittent fasting and plant based and lost 35 lbs and it was the best thing I could do for my health

    • I’m 63 and been Ketovore/Carnivore since 7-1-23. I’m down 45 lbs and want to lose another 15-20 lbs. However long it takes, it takes! I feel amazing! 🙌🎯

  3. I always weigh myself first thin in the morning after going to the bathroom and naked. Otherwise you are weighing your clothes, food and water weight. I am only 5’3″ tall and I lost 50 lbs in the last year. I am 1-lb from my goal weight. You are looking good!

    • I am 5′ 4″ and 100 lbs over weight!!! I how to get motivated to get something started and working because I’m seeing health issues starting that I know would be reversed if I would lose the weight.

    • @@carmella88 my goal weight is 125. I got down to116 10-years ago and looked like a skeleton in a bag. I didnt want that so I have been doing low carb keto with intermittent fasting to try to get atophagy to help with access skin. The big thing was to stop snacking at night. I was doing 18-hour fasts. took me a year.

    • I’m 5’2.5″ and started at 191.6 on 7-1-23. I’m currently 147, and my goal is 130! I’m doing this! For life! 🙌​@carmella88

  4. I used to weigh in the high 180s for many years and my highest weight was 210. Ive been maintaining at 160 for awhile and im 5″11 exercising every day for 30 minutes a day and eating right just proteins and healthy fats. I had to push myself to change my habits because no one around me in my past relationships was eating right or exercising. You should do live videos that would be cool 😎

  5. I lost 35 lbs 2 years ago on Keto. I’m maintaining just being low carb. At the doc this weekI had gained 4lbs. I own it… It’s been extremely hot here in OK and my activity has been way down. My numbers are still good so that’s what I care most about. 👍

  6. I’m short!!! I would not look that good at 180 lbs. But I would love to get down to 180 lbs right now. At that weight I would be able to exercise more!

  7. I’m 6 feet tall too. I will be so happy when I reach the 180’s! I have long ways to go, but I have lost 20 lbs so far this time on Keto.

    • Congratulations! You can do it. I’m 6ft tall too. I lost 20 lbs doing low carbs since January of this year. Down to 168. Gosh I have to say I feel so much better. My knees no longer hurt. I’m on the small bone size, so when I was close to 190lbs, my knees and joints hurt.

    • I’ve lost 14 so far on Keto and I had lost 16 on Carnivore but I’m doing Keto

  8. You are so right. We need to keep it real and realize that as we age, we can not expect to be as thin as we used to be. You are blessed, you are tall, and you carry your weight well. Congratulations 🎊 you are looking great and healthy.

    • That is not true, age is not a factor, there are many women who are very fit well into their 60’s. I see them running all the time on the trails where I run. It all just depends on your genetics, not age.

    I’m 6ft at 168 and almost a size 12. I’m at the in between sizes of 12 to 14. I will get there! I was a size 10 before I had my daughter 20 years ago.
    It’s such a revelation when you hit on the what works to lose weight and feel great. Low carbs, high protein works for me. No more processed junk food! I feel so good now! I’ve dropped 20 lbs since January of this year.

  13. I’ve been 300 and I’ve been 130 it’s always a yo yo for me besides for the past 5 years I have been able to never go over 165. Weighing myself just depresses me so I just don’t anymore: just feel good and do as best as you can.
