  2. Isn’t the waist to height ratio the best measurement of metabolic health? This is better than waist to hip

  3. Again, awesome presentation. However, you should really do a deep dive into the litterature about exercise vs smoking for all cause mortality. Smoking is, by far, the biggest risk factor and substantially more so than being unfit. Unless we’re talking about someone who is massively obese and/or extraordinarily unfit. Look at all the largest meta analysis on risk factor assessment, they simply don’t support the notion that being very physically active and having high fitness is healthier than not smoking. Unless I am missing something.
