  1. Yes but how many nightly erections… jk. Hopefully people get the joke. Great info tho. I am glad I’m in the states and can drive 10 mins down the road to get all this testing for a few hundred bucks

  2. Hey Siim, what’s your blood pressure? I recently tested first time in my life in late 20s, was 112/60 – the systolic seems a bit high, but I’m not that well trained, so I’d like to see what someone who’s really optimized is like…

    • Though I didn’t do a perfect test, I did it a couple hours after waking and I’d already ingested some coffee, so maybe it’s lower earlier and without caffeine.

  3. So it seems less muscles (and maybe doing more cardio) is actually good in terms of blood markers.

  4. Appreciate you sharing these results and being honest!

I have to ask how you have any energy to even get out of bed with such low T3 levels. I had almost identical thyroid results as you and my brain fog + fatigue was very severe. Now I’m on NP Thyroid and I feel much better.

There are several studies showing lower total T3 levels (under 80ng) are associated with higher mortality and cardiovascular risk. You might want to look into correcting that.

    Everything else is 👌 though.

  5. Cholesterol means nothing, if it’s high it’s not abnormal. It just means you are eating more animal based food / fat. This can vary from person to person. There can be a problem though if you have very low cholesterol, because it’s essential for the body as hormones are balanced by it among many other things

    • @@LukeRow what meta analysis? Show me the study where high cholesterol means anything and I’ll show you that you cannot interpret text properly.

    • @@bornajurkovic7416 lol, try low cholesterol for a few years, but make sure a doctor is with you. I never heard such a weak excuse

  6. Siim, thanks for your informative videos. Can you direct me to the tests you use and present on this video and how to take them for someone in Europe (Spain & France)?

  7. Homocysteine can also be related to chronic health conditions. Blood markers dont always tell the full story, we assume Joe is healthy because overall his blood markers are good, people also have good blood markers and then wake up with Stage 4 cancer so we cant always rely on that. Joe is constantly getting sick which he always boasts that because he “recovers quickly” that it means he has a strong immune system, he just shouldnt be getting sick. His HRV is above average but thats not saying much considering average these days is poor health, but hes only hovering around 60 when you are averaging over 100. Joe also had a good amount of food sensitivities, another sign of overactive immune system and chronic health conditions. My guess is that Joe is simply not as healthy as he thinks he is. I am not at all implying he has something serious like cancer or life threatening but my guess is that Joe has some underlying health conditions that are being masked by the 5 billion supplements he takes everyday (compared to your moderate supplement consumption as well)

  8. Siim has excellent health parameters as is typical for many men of his age. He will still most likely croak off at about the same age as his ancestors. I recently saw that Estonia has one of the highest rates per capita for alcoholism related deaths. He will of course need to avoid this problem that is claiming many Estonian men

  9. Cholesterol numbers don’t add up. LDL + HDL + VLDL = 145.28. The report says total cholesterol is 152.

  10. Hey Siim, I know you’ve made a video on hypertrophy before, but I’d love to hear a bit more specifically about your thought process when it comes to exercise selection. Ie, how many exercises do you do, how much of your resistance training is focused on hypertrophy contra mobility or strength, and how you balance those 🙂
