  4. I make these with almond flour and butter crust, sometimes I will put in my blender pecan or almond nuts and blend them very fine and add that to the flour crust

    • @@midlifemom5829No need to bake…I do this too or they actually sell clean ready made pecan, almond, or walnut mini or whole pie size crusts at the stores. 😉

    • @@midlifemom5829 yes, actually I would, for about 10 minutes, let it cool down before I would add the other stuff and then put it in the freezer

  5. How about a version with almond flour and full fat cream cheese and just omitting the yogurt? That’s what I want to do.

  6. Yes! Calories in vs calories out and high protein/fiber is vastly more important than sugar( although good to cut out if possible) in weight loss. Need more of these.

  8. This looks soo good. I just bought Sammi’s bakery low carb cheesecake very similar ingredients and put it on low carb cinnamon chips and some blueberries on top and its so good and has crunch from the chips.

  10. I made this last night. It was terrific! I left off the crust and just put the cheesecake in a silicone ice tray. Popped them out after they set. Topped w SF Smucker’s raspberry preserves.
    Eaten plain, it really did have that New York cheesecake taste!
