  1. I don’t understand why you keep being happy with Total Cholesterol below 180.

    Weren’t you the one who made a video presenting a study where the optimal values appeared to be U shaped between 180-240?

  2. Not a good idea to do this more than once a year. Every time you fly, you mess up your circadian rhythm and expose yourself to more radiation. You can get routine blood tests at your home country more than once a year, no need to fly to another country for that. Also, blood tests are not that expensive. All the other tests do not need to be done more than once a year.

    Dexa also has radiation, so it’s not a good idea to do it too often.

  3. i have been following your channel and blueprint can you offer an affordable
    guide to longevity
    i seriously think most people could improve their health if they threw 2 mill or 30k at the problem
    but not many people have this type of disposable cash

  4. Siim, Your alkaline phosphatase, AST, and ALT are ok, but have room for improvement. I wonder if your high cortisol and fasting glucose (glucose higher than optimal for your age) is due to your intermittent fasting.

    Also I think eating one meal plus a protein shake may not be optimal for you because you can only eat so much food in one meal, so you’re probably not eating that much veggies. If you eat two meals a day, your can incorporate more non-starchy veggies, which don’t have many calories, so it wouldn’t really affect your total calorie count much, but give you more vitamins and minerals. I seem to recall that some of your vitamins were low in your last test. Getting more vitamins/minerals can also contribute to lowering homocysteine and maybe the liver enzymes.
