    • Yeah, I have to agree. Both salami and pepperoni are processed meats with high amounts of sodium and saturated fat.

    • @@jenniferdennis6465 well sure, but those are both high saturated fats and processed read meats. Plenty of research showing that processed red meat is carcinogenic. While saturated fat may not be the worst thing in the world, it is neutral in terms of health at best
