    • Hi! A few days ago I saw you on a forum and in some other yt videos talking about Dr. Nun Amen Ra’s longevity protocol. The truth is that there is very little information about it (except for his interviews) so it would be super interesting to see a video about him explaining if something like this is possible or if it is a fraud. From what I saw, you say it is possible… πŸ™‚

  1. Just purchased the longevity leap, so easy to read and so much incredibly useful information. Thank you for all the free content and this brilliant book!

  2. I find for some reason when I drink too much green tea, especially on an empty stomach, I get queasy.
No idea why, its loose leaf organic green tea and it cant be the caffeine. I work in IT, my caffeine tolerance is basically 100% haha.
    Will mostly stick with coffee.

  3. This is very similar to what I do. Usually I add edemame beans, oatmeal, some olive oil and some flax seeds to the shake, but otherwise. Unfortunately I still don’t feel great and have been struggling with a poor immune system for years. Can’t really pinpoint any deficiencies with my diet though.

  4. Siim Land who can talk numbers and statistics for an hours -> making green tea “What I have heard you shouldn Β΄t boil it”

  5. Glycin made me make terrible nighmare + i became depressed. So i stopped and took collagen instead and everything’s good

  6. Very informative video, I really enjoy to see other people nutrition(+supplements and stuff) on the longevity space !

    • @@SiimLand I recently bought an infrared sauna using your code and your latest book. For the infrared sauna I had to pay extra 200€ for VAT and duty taxes 😬😬😬 I hope it’ll complement nicely my traditional sauna

  7. Thanks for sharing. I’m actually very surprised by the rather low amount of vegetables and that you didn’t include a serving of cruciferous veggies. I know that Matt Kaeberlein goes completely crazy with the amount of vegetables and fruit. I was working on increasing my vegetable intake, but I guess I could go easier in that regard, and also make it a bit simpler and more delicious in general. I tend to be rather perfectionistic which isn’t always good. Actually started to look into protein ice cream yesterday.

  8. I ate like this for a few years, went from 240 to 170lbs at 6’3” tall. Ended up with anemia of chronic disease and sky high ferritin levels. Both resolved when I added calories.

  9. In our country, meat gel is called pihtije, and it is an indispensable part of the dietary tradition. Also, intestines, boiled, then stewed, are another indispensable animal dish. Soups are made from the entrails of animals, for example a whole chicken. No part of the animal, whose cultivation was painstaking, was thrown away, not even chicken feet. I’m writing this because it’s amazing how it turns out to be the healthiest part of animal protein. With a note, that precisely because cultivation was demanding, in the mountains, and the families were large, there was not much meat… Wild green leafy vegetables were mostly eaten, such as nettles, dandelions, chicory, chenopodium, Amaranthus retroflexus… In terms of stews or soups seasoned with cheese and eggs (not much)…
