Thanks dr berg
You’re very welcome!
Best advice for all the p
Never wash ur face with soap, it’s too stripping. Use a gentle cleanser like Cerva SA cleanser. Then use a light moisturizer.
The key is chromium picolinate that controls blood sugar spikes and elimination of bovine dairy products.
The studies actually show it’s not dairy, but emulsifiers in skim and low fat dairy. Whole milk is fine. See Huberman lab podcast on skin.
@@_Welde_ IGF1 is at play, and you’ll find plenty of it in butter. You might find less of it in ghee.
Thanks @@_Welde_
What type of zinc would you recommend?
I’ve found sulphate far better than gluconate but maybe picolinate is the better option? Thank youuu 🙂
I recommend zinc bisglycinate chelate.
eliminating dairy from my diet is what got rid of my acne
i agree i cut down all sugars, but i still had acne until i figured out that white yoghurts and greek yoghurts were giving me acne. I used to eat like 500g per day
Suffered with cystic acne for decades. Cut out dairy and it went away. Eventually added dairy back as grass fed full fat cheese, yogurt and milk and still acne free. If I deviate and eat low fat or skim, I break out.
Thanks alot dr Berg 🙏❤
I am diabetic, but I have never had acne before ! I find this very odd, because before being diagnosed, I was the queen of starches and junk foods. I wonder what Dr. Berg would say about this ?
Correct and stop drinking and smoking, keep your nails short, use oil free make up and 3 steps for face cleaning, 1. Cleanse, 2. Tone 3. Moisturize.
Is that dosage suitable for teenagers?
Wondering the same?
15,000 to 20,000 IU’s of daily Vitamin A on and off for 3 weeks at a time for 4 to 6 months knocked my acne out. Eating healthy and washing your face 2X a day, washing your pillow case weekly will help. Ladies try not to wear too much concealer,
But isn’t it when you take that much vitamin D in supplements you have to take vitamin K2 along with it as well?
Yes, for every 10,000 IU of vitamin D3, I suggest taking 100 MCG of vitamin K2 – the MK7 version.
Suffered with cystic acne for decades. Cut out dairy and it went away. Eventually added dairy back as grass fed full fat cheese, yogurt and milk, and still acne free. If I deviate and eat low fat or skim, I break out.
How do that happen
Same! My acne got so much better from just cutting out dairy.
We pray u live longer n healthy, yo a life saver for sure
Also try an elimination diet to figure out if food is triggering it. Nuts and especially peanuts were a culprit for mine.
Me too. It took me forever to figure that out
Stopping alcohol is what eliminated my acne
That’s cool most of the adults in my family drink alcohol and we don’t have acne problems
What about vitamin A? Why didnt you mention it?
Best advice🌹 for the people who are addicted to fast food eating and here comes our dear Drs. Remedy. ❤
25mg of zinc is better then 50mgs. To much zinc causes copper deficiency…
It’s good to take a zinc/copper blend
@steppentofortune7934 but then you’ll need iron to cause both zinc and copper deplete it 😅at this point you mine as well get a thyroid mix supplement that has all of it including iodine and l tyrosine…
That’s really helpful. I got results by cutting sugar and starch
Quitting sugar and junk foods made a difference. No breakouts and no puffiness. Thanks a lot, Dr Berg ❤😊
