Today, I’m going to show you four easy double chin exercises that can get rid of a turkey neck for good. Because of the typical loose skin, a double chin is often referred to as a turkey neck. If you do these double chin exercises on a regular basis, you will see massive improvement!
As we age, we develop loose skin, especially under the neck, which does not get much exercise.
There’s a superficial and a deep layer of connective tissue called fascia under the skin on your neck. The muscles and fascia in your neck are responsible for head flexion, chin movement, and jaw movement.
The first face exercise works the muscle that pulls the jaw down when you open your mouth. The next exercise, which looks like a frown, activates the superficial fascia. The third exercise creates an elongation and deep stretch of the fascia. The fourth and final exercise allows for head flexion to strengthen and tone the fascia.
Remember, If you don't use it, you lose it! Stretching, strengthening, and tightening the fascia with these simple double chin exercises can eliminate a turkey neck!

The women in my family have a hereditary tendency even when we are super skinny to store a pocket of fat under our chin that begins in our early 20s. I was the first who decided there must be an exercise to het rid of it, so I began lifting my head, tightening the neck muscles, then pulling my jaw up in a tight slow manner as if scraping chocolate off a large brick. Within a month the double chin was gone, and doibg this once per week has kept the double chin and turkey neck away ever since and I am 60 now.
Nice, I like to hear from people who have tried these things successfully. Thanks for sharing.

I am a perfect test subject for these exercises. I have tried others that didn’t seem to do much, but these are different. I’ll let you know. I will say that for someone like me this can take months, so don’t give up after a couple of weeks.
I watched a video called the scariest “doctor” on youtube changed my mind about him
@@PoetiqueMs take before and after photos
@@FrankJames4-ki3btNow look up all the videos on vegetarians that got sick and then changed their diet.
I have to say my jawline is aching after doing those exercises!
you didnt use it for decades!
Keep going if you seek change.
It means it is working, keep it up….
You can start with moving your eyeybrows, that area strengthens. Before you know it you can control your head muscles and you can jiggle your ears too.
❤because it’s working Bravo!❤
The second exercise looks like Prince Charles default grimace face.😬😏😁🤣🤣
He’s KING Charles!

You are correct!!! I started growing Dementia; 2001! My friend (Doctor Adam) told me I would be Broccoli in 6 months if I were lucky. 4 years ago – I was one of 6 to carry him to the afterlife!!! I am faster and smarter now, excited to learn new things and in the best shape in my life!! I started your fasting when my newest doctor (Williams) wrote in her report the word: Obese. I found your channel that weekend. That was 3 years ago. I lost 35 pounds within 6 months and I hover the last 5 pounds ever since. I cut out all added sugars, carbs, corn, breads, empty foods (starches), soy (pure poison), rice, fryed anythings, ZERO processed foods or anything I do not cook myself from fresh food, etc. My diet is 90% olive oil, coconut oil, dairy (100% whole milk and cheeses), chicken, fish, T-bones (lol), raw and boiled or baked vegs, air fryer all of those, eggs (home grown) and homemade beer; started running (300 yards yesterday) and push ups (70 a day so far). I am 66 years old and look 54!!! Lost my double chin 12 years ago also. 🙂 Thanks to you my friend.
Wow! Fantastic story! Praise Jesus, you found Dr Berg.
Don’t forget grass fed butter. The saturated fat is amazing & helped my brain & skin tremendously.
Wow. What a testimony. You go girl. And have inspired me with some last tweaks I need to make in my own 60s lifestyle. Yet I get it .. let’s give all the credit to the outstanding educational physician Dr Berg❣️
Bless your heart!! Thank you for sharing testimony!!!
👍🙂💙🙏🏼
I honestly do not understand the meaning of these comments: “I started growing Dementia…” My friend (Doctor Adam) told me I would be Broccoli…” “I was one of 6 to carry him to the afterlife!!!” It almost sounds like it’s AI generated.
You said, “You wouldn’t want to do exercise #2 in public.” I wouldn’t want to do any of these exercises in public. 😂😮
😂
LOL! I don’t care what others think! If I’m doing something that benefits me! 😂

4 Exercises
– Exercise 1: Open the mouth wide to activate the muscles and fascia under the chin. This helps tone and tighten the area.
– Exercise 2: Pull the corners of the mouth outward and downward to engage different muscles and superficial fascia beneath the skin.
– Exercise 3: Tilt the head back and jut the jaw forward, stretching and elongating the fascia and muscles.
– Exercise 4: Lie on a bed with the head extended over the edge to flex and tone deeper muscles and fascia in the neck.
How many times a day per week, we should do this on a routine basic?
Thank you! I screen grabbed this and put it into my Photos “Health” Album for quick access!
@@8minhealthtips Thank you!
Thank you ! I’m hopeful this will help. Have a great day everybody😊
I love Dr. Berg. He is brilliant.
Maybe this will help my girlfriend she has more chins than a Chinese phone book😊
That’s wild
Extremely wild.
Wildly wild
😂😂
That is wild. W I L D wayuld!
Ty sir. You care about everyone, even elderly. I appreciate you ❤
Funny enough, basic weight lifting naturally creates those same movements. Plus older people should still be weight training to keep muscle and bone density. It’s a win-win. . . .
Interesting!
Great video, Dr. Berg. I am 72 years old and I work out 3 to 4 times a week. So I’m going to add these exercises to my routine. I don’t have a saggy chin now, but I don’t want to develop one either.
Wise.
“You probably don’t wanna do it in public”… unless you’re Jim Carrey.
I’ll be doing these behind closed doors, thank you. 😀
Exercise number 1 is also effective for yelling at my husband😂
OMG no 😂
That just had me cracking up. 😂
