  5. This looks great . I love all your recipes

    I would probably skip out on that tortillas because of the gums it has and i would substitute for the MASA tortilla chips . Three ingredients of organic corn , beef tallow, and sea salt .

  6. Some of the ingredients on the tortilla I’ve never heard of. Can someone explain what some of these are?

    Ingredients: White Corn cooked with Lime-Water, Water, Sodium Propionate, Cellulose Gum, Fumaric Acid, Sorbic Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Propionic Acid (Added to Preserve Freshness)

  7. with the tortillas you can spray both sides with cooking oil (and I salt them) then put in the oven with the same results.
