    • I’m grateful ca your video why you eat 4rggs a day. you know what ? it bothered me really.
      coz I don’t eat eggs since I was a kid, but breakfast for my mom is a lot of things : everyday eggs (we’re 6 kids), a dish of poultry, fish or meat cooked in mix acv & soy sauce with lots of garlic, ginget, peppercorns & not hot big green peppers to taste.
      we’ve a choice of soft navettes or boiled rice. our fruit tray has bananes, mangoes, tangerines.
      &! I don’t eat patries with egg too, & I like dairy in all its forms.
      but I eat a lot of milk soft bread, & I got hooked up on baguette.
      at 51yo, diab 2 set in & TRY to stay away from milkbread & rice, my favorite.
      of course, I tried to stabilise my roller coaster blood sugar, still not listening & refusing to eat EGGS !
      my doctors sent me to the nutrition section of the hospital to give a regime of veggies, meat,fish, poultry & EGGS. Have to be present at breakfast 8am EVERYDAY FOR 1MONTH. They prepared about 5choices with eggs. I like to vomit, till I saw egg&mayo, felt ok.
      the rest is history, actually I can eat lunch & dinner too but I only stayed for breakfasts with eggs 🥴 they showed me how to prepare a 7min boiled egg.
      NOW, at 73yo this september, I chose to tell you my story, and thank you for your videos, esp on EGGS.
      I still shriver while preparing my breakfast eggs but I put some acv & mayo to cover the smell.
      i’d like to remembrr that video where you have 4 EGGS on a skillet.
      I said to myself, CHAPEAU ! DR BERG YOU CAN DO IT !☺️
      VOILA ! MERCI☀️

  1. Then I guess I will adopt chicken let them have their eggs and when they have too much that it goes to waste I will take them and eat them, seems like a fair deal

    • I have chickens. Get two golden comets and you will get 600 eggs a year. Share with your friends and family and feed those chickens organic feed, veggies and raw egg shells. I think everyone should have a chicken or two. Golden Comets make great pets and lay like crazy.

  2. Where I live there are many farmers and a farmer’s market twice a week. The organic eggs are even cheaper than in the supermarket.

    • I envy you, i am living in a big city, the organic eggs are much more expensive compare to free-range non organic eggs in the supermarkets here in the Netherlands🥚😊.

      I live in Villach in the south of Austria. Always buy 10 eggs at the farmers market for €2.50 to €3 (supermarket4-5€). Here you can buy directly from the farm. Many neighbors and friends have families with farms and that is great. Completely natural animal husbandry, pure nature. You know exactly where, how and what you are buying. Also milk, butter, yogurt, bacon, meat, really great. Along the river Drau I collect herbs, St. John’s wort, goldenrod, yarrow, nettle, dandelions & Co 😀

    • On Sunday I visited the honey market, but my luck is that my neighbor is a beekeeper. I sometimes go to his beehives, always get honey and what I love most, beeswax 🤗
      He deliberately lets bees sting him because bee poison is healthy. Apitoxin… Bee venom is a complex mixture of various proteins and small molecules. The main component, around 50 percent, is melittin, which is also the most toxic component of bee venom. Phospholipase A2 (contained at about 12 percent) is the main allergen and an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolytic cleavage of phospholipids and thus attacks cell membranes. Apamin (2 percent), another ingredient, is known as a neurotoxin. Hyaluronidase (2 percent) expands the blood vessels and their permeability and thus causes the inflammation to spread, spreading factor.

  3. Just to be clear ima guess Dr Berg is referring to “runny yokes” for the best outcome. We have 5 hens at home. I watch about 4-6 runny eggs a day. Yummy

  4. About 30 years ago I read in an old muscle magazine that eggs contained lecithin which actually lowered bad cholesterol which you have just stated. Thanks for letting the world know the correct way to regain and maintain our health!

  7. I burn 4 to 6 eggs almost every day. Meat almost every day. Real butter. I’m 60, not on any meds. Even though my wife may suggest i should be.
