Yo are so spot on in my life! It’s amazing. I do exactly what you layer out. ❤ God bless you. 🙏
Thank you 😊
I just stopped turmeric this week because I’m having some liver issues & I cannot figure why. I’m not obese, I follow a healthy diet & exercise for the most part. I found the turmeric I was taking had 15,200 mg of turmeric & I think that’s way too much to take daily. I also stopped the collagen powder. Trying to see what’s working against my liver. There are reports online of turmeric being bad for the liver so as always I’m more confused than ever 😩🤦♀️. Please advise as to how much turmeric. Also, Dr Berg, do you do paid consultations?
Following.
In his recent live he mentioned regarding the amount of turmeric saying that more is not always the best but rather absorbing the curcumin in the turmeric I think you should check it out❤
Dr. Berg’s turmeric pills are 1450mg daily dose.
@Zee-lc7ht.., FIRST AND FOREMOST YOU SHOULD SPEAK TO A PHYSICIAN!! IN MY OPINION I’M JUST GOING TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH TURMERIC!!👉🏽 15,200 MG🤭 OF TURMERIC IS WAY TOO MUCH.. IT COULD DEFINITELY CAUSE HARM TO YOUR LIVER. YOU SHOULD STOP IMMEDIATELY AND YOU SHOULD CONSIDER TAKING A MILK THISTLE SUPPLEMENT, IT HELPS WITH A FATTY LIVER, AN OVERALL GOOD LIVER HEALTH. HOPE THAT HELPS. BE SAFE TAKE CARE OF PEACE AND BLESSINGS. ✌🏽🙏🏽.
Try benfotiamine and TTFD to remove the oxalate that turmeric contains from your body, including the liver. TUDCA and milk thistle will clean the other toxins in your liver.. Also, are you sure your turmeric is organic and not laced with toxins? Try switching brands after the liver is cleaner.
Great advice and the credit also goes to black pepper which partners in the better absorption. Thanks🌹 Dr.
Thanks❤
This sounds like decent info but i keep golden milk around the house
Turmeric ginger mixture with black pepper just drink one day maybe once a week. Not everyday
Do you notice any benefits from only drinking once a week?
I was using Turmeric Moju. I noticed it made me feel better, but after a while I started to feel worse. My diet still needs a lot of improvement, so perhaps I’d tolerate better in the future.
Turmeric is bad for your liver
I started taking it every day like Dr. Berg recommended. I was absolutely amazed at the results!!
Unfortunately, my living and working situations changed. That was a luxury I could no longer afford due to inflation. I’m praying that in a few months someone who understands how to resolve inflation can begin!!
@@anon9362Try not taking too much of it. I’d say half a teaspoon daily works.
@@aaronwcummings6195
Absolutely, It’s something how inflation can aggravate Inflammation! 🙏🙏
You just look absolutely healthy Dr Berg.
… no concern of oxalate overload?
What brand of turmeric do you recommend command because I took a natural supplement that did not agree with me .
Dr Berg is so so appreciated 👍.. Amazing work Dr Berg
I started taking turmeric black pepper about 1 teaspoon a day I had pain in my left knee the pain has been gone ever since I’ve been taking turmeric I walk 3 or more miles per day.
Your blessed that this worked for you. Now, I only took the vegan capsules, but it didn’t work for me. It only made me stinky.
@lisag2815, how you doing, I just read your comment regarding the turmeric and black pepper how much of each do you take in the teaspoon and do you just take it with water or do you mix it with milk, how do you consume it? If you could get back I appreciate it thanks.
How do you take it?
Hi, that’s great that it really helps you. I have the problem. Do you just poor the tumeric in a teaspoon and sprinkle some black pepper on top?
❤ Thanks alot dr Berg 👍🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much, my doctor Eric Berg!!🧠📚
You’re welcome! I hope this helps increase your awareness of the potential health benefits of turmeric. I’ll see you in the next video.

I need to add Tumeric to my daily intake of nutrients. I have been leery to purchase with concern of the quality and safety. I’ll be purchasing from your line of products Dr Berg.
More of these please Dr Berg 👍
❤❤❤ thank you Dr. Berg.
I just sprinkle turmeric in chicken stew. We eat chicken soup weekly.
I bought some a little while ago and I’m afraid to use it because isn’t it hot? I can’t eat spicy hot things. But if not I’ll give it a try in my homemade chicken soup/stew I make (soon as my broken ankle heals)
No, it’s not a “hot” not even as spicy as the pepper you take to absorb it. Maybe look up how to make a tumeric latte using coconut milk or some other healthier milk. It’s a gentle way to get it into you diet add a bit of raw honey for nutritious sweetness if you need it. @pamelatimbush3762
@@purplepixie1979
I’ll have to try that.
You’re so on time! Thank you Dr Berg. Be well..❤
I used to love turmeric, but it always made my fingers very stiff and inflamed when I ate it and I found out why: it has 1970 mg of oxalates per 100 grams. That is a tremendous amount of oxalates.😊
I take Tumeric in capsule form. It’s by Life Extension, recommended to me by my Naturopathic Dr. It has good benefits without the heart burn. Hope this helps!
If you take excessive amounts of Tumeric for three months it will shut down your ovaries. I know because it happened to me. It worked to reduce my fibroids…
But it worked too well and I had to quit taking so much. Lesson learned.
Try iodine which will help with the fibroids.
@TeresaAman wait what do you mean but shut down your ovaries? what happen? no period? i dont understand could u kindly elaborate?
