  6. These recipes look great! I would stay away from any product that contains maltodextrin, dextrin, dextrose, resistant dextrin and resistant maltodextrin though. Such as ChocZero products. Especially if you are diabetic. They can raise blood sugar more than sugar, and can also cause digestive distress. πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’œ
