  1. Sugar is the #1 ingredient that we can live mostly without! It causes weight gain, heart disease, diabetes, depression, inflammation, acne, poor oral hygiene, slow hair growth and hair loss, dry splitting nails, insomnia (sleep apnea), liver disease and the list goes on! It truly is incredible. If you just cut your sugar intake in half you will see the health benefits appear, be patient though because your body goes through a lot depending on your current health, take care of your body because it’s the only one you have ❤️

  2. I haven’t had sugar for many years and live a healthy lifestyle, was hoping my vision would have got better , but No such luck. BUT! totally agree sugar is the worst for your body. Love your content, Dr Berg.

  3. 1,5 years of no sugar except fruit … now, even: 3 month of no sugar at all – nothing … not even a tiny piece of fruit …🎉🎉🎉… fighting long Covid

  4. @Dr Berg
Can you please advise us of the max amount of fructose & table sugar that can be consumed per day / per meal without:
*1.* Increasing the risk of diabetes, NAFLD or other metabolic diseases?
*2.* Causing harmful levels of blood sugar, insulin, cortisol etc?

*NB.* For me fructose includes Agave Nectar and low to medium sugar fruit.

  5. I think on cutting carbs now but through vegetarian sources..
Dr berg thanks for the revelation of sugar.

    You have changed my life

  6. Back in 2021 I caught COVID and lost my sense of taste. As someone who used to load my coffee with sugar, I figured I might as well take advantage of the fact that I couldn’t taste it, so I stopped putting sugar in my coffee. I now don’t add sugar to anything and dont eat sweets, I do still love ice cream, though!

  7. I don’t consume anything that would have added sugar. Raw honey is the only thing that I would be tempted to have with my tea.Thank you Dr. Berg for sharing important information.❤

  8. I need to try this. Two things I would probably fail is black licorice and ice cream. I exercise intensely and stomach is behind my ribs when I put my arms behind my head as I’m at my 11th grade weight. Completed 7,000 100 yards sprints this season with 3,000 more to go by end of October. It sucks but not as bad as not being able to do them. I try to limit the sugar though. No doctor no meds. In park two blocks away , 3 hours a day. Morning session, evening session. I did chuckle at the donuts as I may or not have one a year. Age 69.

  9. Thank you Dr. Berg for making this part 3 video abt. sugar. I will avoid eating sugar by all means & all costs. Much love! ❤🙏

  10. I have seen it help those who cut way back on sugar. Such as stop drinking sodas, and reducing to a teaspoon of unprocessed sugar in the coffee, or using monk fruit instead.
