  2. I am Currently 5m pregnant and need to increase my protein intake due to insulin resistance to keep me full. When I do chia seed pudding I use sugar free pudding mix to flavor it and thicken it. It’s always so good and thick. Thank you for this!

  3. i love your channel and your recipes! i also eat low carb high protein, do you have any advice for the days when you’re extra hungry? do you just thug it out or should i allow myself to eat more while being mindful

    • Have avocados on hand, they are filling! or..hard boiled eggs, things to make a protein shake, a banana with a tbsp. of peanut butter… or make a cup of tea to get your mind off eating!

  4. …having a little Protein Meat Treat in a Bag for On the Go…is way better than being so hungry, nothing to eat in the car,, and you give in – and head to Mcdonald’s! Remember people, these are for grab and go snacks for on the run…not for every meal, every day eating…having these on hand, keeps you on track…when you are too busy to make a meal!

  5. What could you substitute for the hot chili oil & spice mixture if you can’t do hot spicy foods?? I know it adds tons of flavor but I cannot do spicy foods. The tuna salad looks amazing! Yum!! 😊❀
