  1. I have almost all the symptoms, however vitamin D level is ok. Made blood analysis to check it and it’s ok despite all those symptoms

    • Dr Berg has many more videos that go in depth on vitamin D and blood tests and the recomended doses vs medical data of risk vs benefit. He goes over how vitamin D deficiencies in the deep parts of your body like bones muscle etc.. those dont always show up in blood tests. Also my thoughts are you may get a good blood level reading if you happen to get sunlight before the testing. Maybe consider watching a few more of his videos On D and the testing and see what you think….

I also had and deal with many of these issues.. but my neck inflamation nerve damage and pain issues were dramatically benefited by taking a good soluable vitamin d w/ k2.. and magnesium had a major impact on my issues as well. I went from insomiac to sleeping well far more often. The magnesium really helped the muscle inflamation as well if you havent tried it make sure you get the type that doesnt make you sick.. Dr Berg goes over it as well.. so did my Chiropracter. Good luck and you only have time to improve. It doesnt hurt to supplement extra as if youre defincient to see if you have an effect. his videos also go over toxicity and dosages and timelines for recovering specific measurements.

      For d3 to be effective:

      (Drops!)

U have to up it in the 200-400thousand initially (once only for kickstarting and decreasing your PTH/parathormon)

then provide a serious level of 30-60thousand iU per day (depending on your weight/fat)
daily (best is 2-3x distributed over the day) intake -> so the receiptability of the cells increases again

-> then about 10-20thousand iU per day (depend on your bodily composition)

    • >Joshua-le1vn : The comment is correct. Dr Berg often talks about symptoms that in many cases are caused by something else besides the possible cause he’s focusing on. It’s especially problematic when he gives a long list of symptoms, for his viewers who are suffering from one or two of them.

    • If you have one or two of them maybe you are low in vitamin D. Dr. Burg is awesome and has helped thousands don’t come for him!

    • @@patriciawaisaac4885 yes we do. Apparently we have a genetic issue or bc of our high carb diet that prevents our bodies from absorbing VitD from the sun. That’s why we have high rates of ppl w thyroid issues (diabetes, obesity and other inflammatory diseases)

  2. I believe you, Doc. That’s why I load up daily on D3, K2, Magnesium, Zinc, C, E (tocotrienols), etc. I’m the oldest but the fittest & healthiest in my family! Isn’t that something?! 😊

  3. Just three days I increased my vit D3 cant believe how much better I feel…..vast vast improvement .
    Thank you sooooo much !

  4. 100% correct, nearly of of my issues have reduced since introducing vit d to my daily intake, b12 has also stopped the numb finger tips

  5. Please, make a total food replacement for keto/carbs, so people who do or do not have an agreement in their community can get enough nutrients; this could give them enough nutrients while they discover nutrition. While it is a complete food replacement it could at least be used to supplement food; then people can get started right away while learning about food. Medical does not often recommend, but I think it is intuitive to want this since large groups do not get enough because nutrition is not intuitive in a complex food culture. Many people don’t get what they need and do not know it.

  6. I would love to see a video about seed cycling with periods especially pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and the benefits.

  7. Yep. I have almost all of these issues. Was just told last week that I’ve got stage one kidney failure, and I got prescribed a weekly dose of 50,000 of D3

  8. I have RA. Pretty consistently my labs would show low Vit D. Most of my RA years were spent with the understanding low Vit D is because of my RA. When in actuality my RA is a symptom of my low Vit D. Not necessarily news to me I just hope everyone starts connecting the dots.

  9. Had my blood work done ….. was wondering why I felt so horrid after moving from Hawaii …. Test came back I had zero vitamin D , zero serotonin…. Dr said she saw a lot of that in ppl that moved from the tropics to the mainland
