  2. Great information, I think I can live with one HIIT training per week.

    I’m looking into those under the desk treadmills. What brand do you use?

  3. I’m trying to learn more on the norvegian protocol and I’m seing a lot of different takes on it. Some says it’s 4x at max and 3x at medium with the max being 90-95% of max HR.
    Do you know what’s one is better ?

  4. Your face looks leaner than before. I often use Japanese Green Tea for losing those extra few little pounds.

  5. Yeah I adopted a low protein high carb diets to reduce pro aging amino acids like methionine. But you convinced me to research into glycine. I’m taking glycine now and I’ll probably be take taurine in the near future after seeing multiple promising studies.

  6. What amount of methionine per day could be consider bad? Is almost impossible to avoid it so there must be an amount that is innocuous

  7. Whats your Take on glycine and hairloss/boosting DHT. I wanna Take it but im scared it will accelerate my hairloss😢

  8. 4×4 are, indeed, rather brutal, my sleeping heart rate usually doesn’t recover for 2-4 days after. Dropping 4mins to 2, though, makes the recovery 0-1 days for me.

    • ​@@gracewhite1601nope, about Siim’s age, but I never did any sports or exercise regularly until the past couple years (really past 1 year with serious regularity). And by recover I mean from about 60-55bpm during sleep after 4×4 back to 50-45bpm.

  9. You want to get rid of dairy, especially high sources of dairy fair like butter & cheese. As dairy is high in estrogen, and estrogen is fat soluble. So butter for example has 14x the amount of estrogen of dairy.
