There are several hypotheses about the origins of viruses. One theory proposes that viruses are necessary tools for survival.

You’re born with an innate immune system, but your acquired immune system develops over time. It cannot be developed without viruses! Viruses cause your immune system to adapt and become stronger.

Some viruses, like the Epstein-Barr virus, downgrade the vitamin D receptor. Vitamin D has two different systems. One directs calcium to the bone, and the other supports everything else, including the immune system.

Your immune system will suffer if you’re not getting daily vitamin D from your food, sun, or supplements. You need a minimum of 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily to support your immune system!

    • @@raisin4406 There is NO judgement when we drop the body. A life review involves ourselves in which in this formless, higher state of consciousness we see our own lives from start to end. There is no harsher, judge than that of our own selves for then shall we know if we could have done better. Our souls are on 🌍 to evolve & until, we have self realised/discovered the “true” self, will reincarnate (the wheel of samsara) over & over again 🙏🏼

  1. I can’t believe I walked down some steps yesterday and didn’t feel no aches and pains thanks to fasting. Never going back to my old eating habits and sitting all the time.

    • ​@@hop101same when I tried it two years ago. Did eat right for my blood type Dr. P D anamo and use Dr bergs information for each thing I can eat. Then did a complete parasite heavy metal mold detox for 4 months and will keep doing it every 6 months. Then doing the fasting was beneficial. This is just my experience and I wish you luck.

    • @@hop101Thats the problem you did 36 hours lol you’re supposed to work up to 24 hrs so for example fast for 6 hours then 8 hours then 10 then 14 then 18 then 24 so your body gets used to how long your fasting but its also what you’re eating after a fast and any health conditions you have

  2. With C19 being shoved down our throats again, I’ve got a funny feeling this video will either be suppressed or taken down. It was this exact teaching post C19 that kept my immune system strong. Dr. Berg said it the best during that time, “everyone is focused about their environment, but what about here (you)? That’s what’s missing.” He meant that it was crucial for US to strengthen OUR own immune system and this video does a great job explaining how to do so.

  3. Worst part is, so many Drs prescribes antibiotics for virus infections – its pointless, but they all do big pharma’s bidding. I always try and just power through infections of the viral kind by sleep, rest, time.

    • Yup, which destroys your immune system. How many of y’all have ever heard a Dr. recommend taking probiotics after a round of antibiotics?

    • Worse than pointless: it causes harm by weakening the immune system via killing good bacteria in the microbiome and leading to antibiotic resistance.

    • True. But unfortunately there are those that do not understand virus and they demand antibiotics even if a smart knowledgeable doctor tells them it won’t affect a virus so reluctantly they write it.

    Завдяки рекомендаціям лікаря Берга у мене вже більше півтора року не вискакує герпес.

  7. I have lived my entire 69 years with one virus or another living in me. First was chicken pox, which gave me shingles outbreaks from childhood on. Then I got Epson Barr as a teenager, which gave me Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia. The advice here has helped me greatly to help with both of these. But I have never caught Covid-19 this entire time (my poor son has had it 5 times now) and I have not had even a cold, let alone the flu for over 20 years. I think my personal latent viruses have given me superpower (to an extent).

    • Start doing Medical Medium protocols…Cleanse to Heal. Did it for my sister stage 4 cancer, metastatic liver breast lymph and pancreas. She survived 6 + years cancer free. Drink celery juice daily on empty stomach 26 oz. Cleans out liver and kills down viruses in body!!

    • You are right! The latent hidden Viruses in your system have shored up your T cells which are always on alert for any other invading virus. For instance The HSV1 does the same to its hosts while remaining harmless.

    • Interesting how medical gives it so many different names. Edit: $$$$$ yet during COVID right before the lockdown Walmart was selling 2 pallets full of itch medicine. No coffee syrup pallets. It was normal stock. Sigh’ and now all my YouTube commercials have advertising on itch meds.

  9. I have been dead so many times. My immune system was severely compromised by the time I was 12 years old. I was raised on Formula as a baby which doctors now say does not support our baby-immune system like a mother’s milk. My childhood diet was a lot of sugar with few veggies but with enough meat-protein. Over many years, through realizing that food IS a medicine, I have been able to strengthen my immune system. Raw garlic most every day, chewed with water on an empty stomach. Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, lots of raw veggies, no alcohol, no smoking, exercise, laughter and lots of fresh air. This, after finally calling out to Christ by 30 yo to please enlightenment me with clarity about how to live healthfully. I live one hour at a time. I work full-time. I listen to my body every day.     • Here is a list of how often various organs and tissues in the human body replace or regenerate themselves:
      Skin: Every 2-3 weeks.
      Liver: Every 150-500 days.
      Stomach lining: Every 2-9 days.
      Intestinal lining: Every 2-3 days.
      Red blood cells: Every 120 days.
      Bone: Every 10 years.
      Fat cells: Every 8 years.
      Heart muscle cells: Every 20 years.
      Neurons in the cerebral cortex: Generally, these do not regenerate and stay with us from birth.
      You are not the same person as when you were born and struggling with the same problems if you have taken steps to change your health.

  11. What a wonderful teacher you are Dr. Berg! I just bought one of your books! It is never too late to improve one’s health. My Aunt Jane was 65 when she was told she had cancer and underwent a mastectomy. After that she completely changed her life and quit smoking, quit drinking her nightly scotch, started eating fish every day, and took up hiking. She hiked throughout the U.S., Europe, and Japan. into her 80s and 90s. We just buried our wonderful aunt at 105 years old! The day she died my brother took her out for a milkshake at her request. She was happy, she said goodbye saying she was tired from the outing and desired to nap. She fell asleep and went to Heaven. She would have loved your Dr. Berg♥

    • She lived an additional 40 years after her diagnosis & surgery. What a wonderful life she lived. I’m sorry for your family’s loss, I’m happy for you all to have had an amazing wonderful Aunt to aspire to. 🩷❤️

  12. As a doctor, I listen to you, to challenge my knowledge. MOST of the time, I am nodding my head as yes yes, I know that too. I love it when you drop a nugget that I don’t know:)) I yearn for the day that I can hang up my daily practice and just research and educate!

  13. Just want to add that sleep is very important to brain health, it is when you are sleeping that the brain’s glymphatic system, which clears the brain of waste matter, is most active. For that reason, lack of sleep is a risk factor for dementia.

  14. I eat meat, mainly red grass fed and finished. I eat organic home grown vegetables, and I eat homegrown organic fruit. As nature intended. Feeling the best I’ve ever felt for 5 years running now.

    • ​@@jeanpaultongeren125 I have adjusted my diet to be more healthy. The largest staying healthy regime is avoiding viruses. I am 77 with the male genetic asthmatic respiratory system who has been plagued by respiratory diseases my entire life. When Covid first hit I investigated masks and found none are functional and affordable. Using HEPA vacuum reusable vacuum cleaner bags which stop everything 0.030 microns and larger I built a mouth and nose enclosing face mask for my safety. It can easily be replicated at home. Find online a simple plastic face hugging filter mask. Carefully remove the useless filter material and use it as a template to cut a new one from a Hoover Platinum Series HEPA liner bag (two to a box). Simply use squeeze tube silicone to adhere it to the plastic mask. This provides more protection from all airborne viruses. Using this mask out in public spaces I have avoided all respiratory illnesses for 3 years for the first time in my life.

  15. Fortunately, I was a breast fed baby, in the 50’s. Yet my good gut bacteria was pretty much destroyed by the fact that I was on penicillin for the first 6 months of my life. I was born 6 weeks early, when my mom was traumatized by her 21 year old brother (a Navy Medic in Korea), was hit by shrapnel & died. My trachea had not yet, fully developed & since I was born near the end of October, in Michigan, they were worried, that my life was in jeopardy, without it. That was in 1950. Then, I married my first husband, a Golf Course Superintendent & lived on the Country Club golf course & lived in the middle of of all of that toxicity. I was also a dental assistant, working with silver amalgam fillings, that were loaded with mercury, which I had to roll between my fingers, in a little piece of cotton fabric. I’ve struggled with auto immune issues, my entire life.
