  3. Oh Wow eating eggs everyday is my go to, pancake style recipe with cayenne pepper and mozzarella rolled up and woof! it’s gone like the wind.

  4. I eat plenty of chicken and red meat and still lost hair, you have to keep in mind most men lose hair because of high dht levels not because they Arnt eating enough meats

    • They lose hair because of low level inflammation caused by starches and sugars. Cut down on those add omega 3 oils and hairloss will stop. I was losing hair for ages but genetics is just a predesposition. Actual male baldness is caused by diet and nobody wants you to know that.

    • No. I knew a guy who started developing thinning hair, and then the next month, his hair was full again. What was the change from one month to the other? He had quit drinking for dry November or whatever month the challenge is. I think he drank every day or at least 3-4 times a week.
