  1. I don’t get to watch tv a lot but when I do I get distracted from my phone to get on YouTube to watch videos like I’m doing now but I’m also busy during the day.
    I really need to get that seed, I do suffer from bloating.

  2. Seed really isnt that pricey when you figure saving $ on buying separate pro and pre biotics and most dont work because they dont get to where they need to in your body. I also save on fiber supplements. Seed keeps me regular and feeling actually good. And if I pause for a month boy can I tell it! I dont have much money but thanks to MayraI tried it and I love it!

  3. I recently developed a gluten/starch sensitivity. The pain was excruciating. Since eliminating it, it’s much better, plus medication. As well as clean eating.

  6. Carbs and sugar makes me bloated with weight gain. I tried eliminating both carbs and sugar but I crave it so much. It’s like something in my brain telling me I need to eat carbs and sugar. I’m currently overweight with chronic fatigue. It sucks so bad, I’m hopeless and don’t know what to do.

    • It is your brain telling you to eat more carbs and sugar. It’s the same as a drug. When you try to quit you go through withdrawals. Try slowly cutting the carbs. Once you’ve cut down to 100 start adding in fat to keep you full longer. Then keep cutting the carbs to where you’re at or below 20 a day. Make sure you up your fat intake and make sure you’re getting enough protein. This is not going to be easy and don’t ever take a cheat day because you’ll give in and have another cheat day. You’re going to feel lousy at first but once you break that addiction you’re going to feel the best you’ve ever felt and the weight is going to melt off you.
      Or to make it simpler go carnivore.

  7. I really like your videos. I’m a two time cancer survivor and a diabetic. Trying to figure out what diet works for me has been a real struggle. I love your ideas and have talked to my son about your videos. I’m hoping he gets ideas to help him and his wife.

  9. I have SIBO, I did the breath test ordered from my holistic doctor. I have painful bloating and it looks like I’m pregnant. My friend has celiac disease, she gets the scaly rashes.
    That is so true, you have to figure out what works for your body. It’s a process, but you definitely feel so much better!

  10. Carbs are a love hate relationship for me. I love the taste but they make me bloated and I gain weight. I have been doing Keto for 5 years now and lost 89 pounds, went from a size 44 to a 33.

  11. One thing that helped me is when I do eat some bread, it is homemade. I know what is in it. Store bought bread makes me bloat. It has so many additives that my body doesn’t know what to do with them. Also I don’t eat bread every day. That works for me.

  12. 51 pounds down this morning! Took me 2 years but learned a lot.. Stomach issues..yes! Also cutting out certain oils and foods and realizing they also impact your hormones was key for me, didnt eat a lot but still gained weight..when i realized for me its hormonal and diet not all about calorie counting it changed for me! Research and nobodys journey is going to look like your own..be kind to yourself and keep going! Dont give up, you got this! Love ur recipes!

  13. Hi Myra! I am unable to eat starches or grains of any kind for the most part. One exception is potatoes and will indulge in those but not often. I used to ignore my allergies and deal with the consequences and I made myself and those around me suffer because of it. (I’m sure you know what I mean.) when I finally decided it wasn’t worth it and started eating more proteins and veggies instead of pastas and breads, it made a huge difference in the way I feel. It’s hard to avoid these things sometimes, especially since I even have to avoid rice, corn and peas, but it’s been so worth it! Like you I will have a bite of something I love once in awhile but I really do stick to only a small amount and as long I don’t do that often I still feel good. Thanks for a great video! ❤️
