Why do we crave sugar in diabetes and how to get energy pls make video
Cravings go away if you replenish minerals in your body.
@@jyotisunilkulkarni5561 do a healthy keto diet, and take probiotics everyday as from fermented foods. Magnesium too. In a while it will fix your energy and so much more of your health.
Magnesium has fixed my life, and my pregnancy, all thanks to the doctor here. ❤️
Same. ❤
Excellent
Can you still get this from foods
Which form of magnesium?
Yes just Google it….@@diananunez2257
It also makes skin and hair look gorgeous, and hair grow fast.
Not that you need it 😊
@@akanshsrivastav8269 thank you ☺️

@@Noor-kp1ybtake glycinate it’s the best form to be consumed
How many milligrams do we need to take
Depends how much CALCIUM you are investing. MAGNESIUM regulates CALCIUM levels.

❤👍 Thanks alot dr Berg.Everyday I learned from your website a new good lesson
Glad to hear that! You’re very welcome!
I agree with you Dr if you take doing the morning no good the evening is best time to take it i try it
Do we have to take the magnesium with D3, K2, b6 and zinc at the same time? Or it’s ok as long as you take them the same day? Thank you doc! Blessings!
Take magnesium (400 mg) at night. Take D3(30,000 IU), K2 MK-7,B6(SARI brand powder or Dr. Berg brand), and zinc with copper (roughly 26 mg)in the day. Eat a slice of Meyer lemon (including the peel) every day.
I’ve heard and read you take vitamin d3 and magnesium within the same day
Take VitD & Bvits in morning
They’re both energizing
I always take K with my D.
Mag is best alone and best at night—it’s relaxing
Hmm, I thought it was good to take Mag and D3 together. And also K2 of course..
@@laurelnickels7066 keep magnesium and zinc separate. They compete. Zinc in day. Magnesium at night. Magnesium helps you to relax and sleep.
I’m taking magnesium threonate before bed now and waking up feeling a lot sharper. (also taking glycinate and other forms during the day for other benefits)
Thanks for sharing your experience with Threonate. Something I wanted to try to help with foggy brains as the side effect of withdrawing from Zoloft after many years. My memory and focus are so bad it scares me, like you can actually notice (besides family members noticing) the decline.. but I am not going back to that, I can do it. I’ll try that. Thanks again
it’s truly helped my brain fog, I also take lions mane vitamins too. Look in to those, shitake/mitake mushroom supplements are something I’ve been researching too for clarity/memory issues. Check them out. Hope this helps 😊❤
Glad to see this. I take Threonate and it definitely sharpens you mentally
You know I’ve been taking magnesium and I’ve been taking it at night with vitamin D three and you’re absolutely right. I just didn’t realize the benefits that I was getting. I don’t have leg cramps anymore. I don’t have muscle spasms. I just have something funky going on in my neck that causes a huge cramp to run down the right side of my body. But that’s a different monster!
Take D in the morning
It’s energizing!
How much should you take in a day?
Hello there! Check out this good video to get the full picture:

I take chelated magnesium. It’s fantastic.
I do take magnesium glycinate
Dosage?
I get extremely depressed when I use magnesium. I thought I was imagining it but when I checked online there was a lot of people complaining about it. 😢
What kind of magnesium you take?
@@angeloalonzo5500 magnesium glycinate.
Yeah what kind and how many mg?
You could try the Malate form it’s supposed to be more energizing.
@@laurelnickels7066 I will try the Malate. I have taken the glycinate to sleep better and for pain in my legs and feet at night.
Dr Berg thx for putting when to take it and type. If you could including dosage that would be helpful in all these types of videos.
Take 400mg for a maintenance dose, and double that for a therapeutic dose.
Hi Doc, I would be grateful if you tell me the appropriate dose of spleen extract for an iron deficiency anemia patient?
Good morning, thanks Doctor Bergg for your knowledge, have a wonderful day today and stay safe 🌴🌱
No problem. Happy to share this. Take care.
Thankyou Dr Berg So how much magnesium should we take everyday for this 2 weeks and what dose? We love you Dr Berg❤🤗
Magnesium is just more than what we call the Magnet which attracts the metals and here Magnesium holds our body and keeps it healthy❤
Thanks.
