    • she looks fine now,,,,she will end up with new scares no way around it,,,,it seems like she is trying to get the perfect body and there is no such thing….but i hope it works out for her

    • Not true for everyone. Also, it depends on age. I was a big time faster and so was my cousin (we’re talking like 6 days and she would fast for weeks).

Surgery was the best decision I ever made. ZERO regrets.

  1. Using a hyperbaric oxygen chamber afterwards for some treatments will also help in your recovery. Ask your doctor about that.

  2. Had a circular tummy tuck, back lift and an extended arm lift after a 50lbs weight loss and couldn’t be happier! Just wish I would have done it sooner. I was also a big time faster and was on the carnivore diet strictly for 5 months and the skin looked so bad. I couldn’t stand my arms above all else.

  3. I had it done, but not just the top of my arms. It goes all the way down to my elbow on the inside of my arm, the inside of my legs, all the way around my lower body cause I got a body lift, a tummy tuck. I would do it again too, so good luck to you. I’m sure you’ll do great.

  4. Wishing you a successful surgery and speedy recovery! I just had liposuction and skin removal surgery 10
Days ago. My recovery is going well and I couldn’t be happier!! Thanks for sharing your journey!!!!

  5. I had it done as well hun ,full body . You will be wrapped . Will you be getting an up lift on your breasts ? Take care and good luck …
Also hun does your insurance cover part of it because it’s reconstruction? Love to know that because here in Australia there is no way …
    Thank you

  6. I am.lucky to have lost 100lbs in 5 months without without any loose skin, I fasted alot and I credit that for it.

  7. I am 75, and have carried excessive weight on me since I hit an early puberty at age 9. Only made it to 5’ , but have pretty much weighed between 150-215 throughout the years. Like many of my generation, I have been on so many different “diets” in my life that I have probably lost enough weight to build another me! (Only I’d make me taller next time around!)

I was diagnosed with double breast cancer at the age of 61 and had a bilateral mastectomy with no reconstruction. Fortunately, it was caught early; but there still were impacted lymph nodes which were removed. I’d say I lost a total of about 10 lymph nodes during surgery, with only 3 being cancerous. Even with that few, I developed lymphedema, which anyone can get when lymph nodes, which are located very close to the surface, are removed during surgery. Having had a fair amount of excess flesh during your skin removal surgeries, did you develop lymphedema? If so, how did you manage it? What information did your health care providers give to you regarding the possibility of getting lymphedema? Are you concerned that you will still heal from your upcoming scar removal surgery with smaller but possibly similar looking scars?

I want you to know that your videos have been the biggest influence in my moving forward to a Keto diet. It will be challenging because my husband can, and does, still eat like a college kid! I am not doing it for weight loss because I know what will happen with my skin if I lose more than 30 lbs., and at my age, body image as far as weight goes isn’t so important anymore. I am doing it to hopefully keep my A1C low enough that I don’t have to go on medication for Type II Diabetes, and perhaps be able to go off some of the plethora of pharmaceuticals I am on.

Thank you for all you do to inspire people of all ages to take care of their health for a better quality of life. Best wishes for a very successful surgery and results. I look forward to seeing as much as you’d like to share with us. 🌸🙏💙
