  7. Good ideas! I use Isopure zero carb vanilla protein powder with 25 grams protein. To make a super creamy shake I use at cup & half of ice a cup sf almond milk dash of salt 1-2 T sweetener of choice 1 scoop of protein powder and 1T heavy whipping cream. I add 2 squirts of Walmart drink enhancer orange blast flavor to make a dreamsicle shake. For a coffee flavor I add 1teaspoon espresso powder to that basic mix. They have strawberry and chocolate too.

  9. I open up a can of pumpkin puree and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. I then place heaping tablespoons of the puree onto the parchment paper so they kinda resemble pumpkin cookies. Place it into the freezer for an hour or so and when they harden, put them into a freezer bag.
    That way you can add them to your smoothie and it’ll help make it cold and thicker!
