Most likely not. It would depend on a few things, but it’s not like the lines you get on your forehead from rating your eyebrows all the time or the lines from sleeping on your side
I remember my mum doing these exact exercises when I was a child. She had a book with them in it.

Yes, it works!!! Jack la Lane did these every day on TV in the 1960’s and he had a book on the face exercises! My great grandmother did them too!
