So how much do you take personally Slim, when and how often?
5g per day
How to make your skin youthful? Question everyone has. Max looks for man supplements
Sunscreen, sunscreen, avoid UV light, eat well, sleep well, exercise
Plus glycine helps with collagen synthesis
@@jorgesmith911 yes but I wanna get a list of supplements help with looks maxing
In addition to collagen, glycine, and sunscreen daily, you’ll also want to take hyaluronic acid supplements. I’d also recommend vitamin C and niacinamide serums daily, and retinol at night. Get rid of processed foods, and make sure to eat lots of berries, green veggies, fatty fish, nuts and seeds, avocados, and some dark chocolate (85% pure or more). Add green tea daily. Consider astaxanthin as well, which has interesting skin effects, among other things. Drink alcohol as little as possible. Hydrate. I’ve been doing my best to do all of the above daily for 8-12 months, and it’s done wonders for my skin. I’m grateful to say that I think I look years younger, and am told so frequently by others as well (though I’m honestly making all these health changes for myself, not anybody else). I’m sure it will work wonders for you too.
I cannot take creatine any longer because of two reasons: I have to pee more often, although I drink the same amount and I regularly donate blood and my creatinine levels are (obviously) too high. Kidney problems run in the family and the doctors go crazy with the elevated level.
I’m curious how many times you had it tested while taking creatine.
I read that it can increase creatinine temporarily and that it does not cause kidney disease and that it has lead to false diagnosis of kidney disease.
I suppose ideal bodyweight should be used for the 100mg/kg/day dose like for protein?
Ever heard of back pain from creatine supplementation ? It’s not my kidney , I tried the kidney punch tricks . It seems creatine gives a permanent pump to my lower back for some reason and it hurts. Creatine definetly works for me though , my muscle are fuller and stronger. thanks
It hospitalized me in horrific scream out loud pain.
Made cancer look like a picnic.
Very dangerous if you even have slight kidney damage.
Kidney damage manifestation is often back pain.
Yes and that can also be colon sensitivity that makes some nerve muscle reactions
hey Siim! thank ypu for great vid! what do you think about using Normotim as a memory boost? 🤔 would love to hear your thoughts on it! if you can, maybe chat about it in your convo? thanks! 🙌
My strength after a month of taking it daily at 3mg only surprised me especially due to the fact i took a break from gym for almost 2 months.
Strength increase was significant.
Lat pulls went from struggling with 140lb few reps, than went back and pulling 200 pound easy 15 times as i used to prior to my large break in 2021.
tl;dr:
100 mg/kg
Well hair loss is something associated with creatine supplements too so it’s not for everyone not to mention people with sensitive kidneys
What study? This is a myth that won’t die.
I find it surprising, Siimland, that you repeatedly claim Alzheimer’s is characterized by amyloid and tau accumulation in the brain. I would argue that this is a very outdated definition.
You’re right, the amyloid plaque hypothesis has become more than uncertain.
I thought Alzheimer could be caused by not using your brain for difficult tasks that requires problem solving for long periods of time.
I am about 85-90 kg and take 8-10 g creatine daily for a few months. Before that, I was taking 4-5 g on and off for a couple of years.
With the current dose, I can see more effects. I need less sleep, that’s true. 7-7,5 hours instead of 8-8,5 to wake up well rested. The memory thing is true as well, I feel that improved. The gym gains are also better, but creatine is just one reason for that among many.
I will definitely keep taking it forever.
Thought that anything above 3g is redundant?
If one stops creatine will kidney marker Creatinine levels go back to normal levels? Nobody i have seen answer that ! Thanks
Yes, if muscles have been saturated, it’s takes 3/4 weeks to return.
Even when I think I know everything on a subject, you always give me something new. In this case, the sleep component- I have noticed since taking creatine daily starting 6 months ago, I wake up after 6.5 hours of sleep, almost exactly, and struggle to fall back to sleep. I have been taking it AM and PM – so now I will just try and lower the dose slightly and only take it in the early morning. .
please stop including these stock videos. i like to see you and the studies, no need for more in a world of overstimulation
