    2. Bumps in the back of ur arms-omega 3 fatty acid deficiency & can also be vit a deficiency (take regular cod liver oil)
    3. Dry eyes- vit a deficiency (egg yolks and lover are best sources of vit a)
    4. Red burning tongue- b12 deficiency (best source are red meat and liver)
    5. If your tongue & nails are pale- anemia (lack of iron) & can also be deficiency of b12
    6. Hair loss or thinning hair- vit d deficiency (20 to 30,000 of IUs/ day)
    7. Cracked heels- vit b2 deficiency (beef liver)
