Yes, its terrible stuff, that keeps us eating more than we need. I stopped using gravy granules a couple of years ago and its made a difference to my health. Thankyou Dr Berg!

Chipotle and Chic fil a use alot of MSG. The only good msg is the natural kind in walnuts.
Wow. I knew something was off about chic fil a. Makes me physically sick and their food isnt that great, just overpriced. Now i know. 😂
This explains why I sometimes get so sick after eating Chick-fil-A. It doesn’t always happen but it can be violent when it does.
I’ve never understood the Chick-fil-A hype bc none of it tastes good to me. Didn’t know about the MSG, though. Maybe that’s why I’ve never liked it?
