  2. This is true 😊, I swear.
    I have like 9 months that I eat eggs every day and what I notice is that I have more energy during the day and the thing that impresses me is that my face is shiny and the skin repairs much better now( before it took 2 weeks to repair, now 2-3 days)

    • @ me too… I fry them in an iron french pan with ghee or butter.
      I give my children an egg every day and the teacher of my daughter here in Italy said to her not to eat eggs every day because is bad for health. People don’t understand that processed food is bad not eggs.

  3. I’ve just done an intolerance and allergy test and egg white is coming up the highest out of everything for me. I eat eggs daily, what would you suggest Dr Berg?

  4. I used to eat a lot of processed food and needed to change. I have 6 boiled eggs per day and 1 large avocado for lunch. No breakfast and a healthy evening meal that’s it.
    Make sure you get the organic, free range eggs. Slightly more expensive but so much better for you. Bring pan to a boil and add the eggs and put a timer for 11mins. I eat mine sprinkled with proper sea salt.
    I’ve not eaten anything processed for a year and I’ve cut out sugar massivelyand I feel amazing. I also follow a guy on YouTube called Eddie ebbew. He’s truly inspirational as well as berg

  5. The incredible edible egg! In the late 70’s I would eat a dozen farm fresh eggs a day. Gained plenty of muscle mass and kept body fat very low . Thanks for great truthful unbiased nutritional information!

  7. I am blessed to have a neighbor that has chickens and hens and we get our eggs from him. He sells us a carton of his organic eggs for 2 bucks a dozen. Thank you for blessing us with this info

Hi Dr. Berg… I want to share my experience with eggs… I’m a very advanced lifter that have been training for over 4 decades… Every time I consume eggs, my muscles are fuller and feel strong… even if I don’t consume enough protein macros daily… this effect doesn’t happen that much when I eat meat even if I consume the required protein macros like 1 pound of meat that particular day.. I mean daily protein amount is important… I accept this but there’s something special about eggs… even they don’t contain much protein,their effect on my body is amazing… protein quality I believe, has so much impact on muscle repair/building… even if not met daily requirements…

  9. I eat two eggs every day. I like the yolks runny, and have the technique down pat. I never have the issue of the shells sticking to and destroying the whites when peeling. Bring the water to a full boil, and then lower to maintain a rolling boil. Gently lower the eggs into the water so they don’t crack. Boil for 7 minutes. Immediately drop them into an ice bath to shock them, so the cooking process is stopped. You get perfect eggs every time. 🥚👌👍😋
