In this video, I’m going to tell you how to look younger naturally. The secret to younger-looking skin is NOT wearing sunblock every single day!
UV rays make up only about 3% of the sun's wavelengths. Sixty percent of sunlight is infrared light, which has numerous health benefits. Sunblock typically only blocks UVB rays, which are essential for making vitamin D. It doesn't block the UVA rays, which are typically deemed harmful.
Even UVA rays have health benefits! They can increase nitric oxide, which increases blood flow and circulation to the skin.
Skin cancer is often a serious concern when being exposed to the sun. Although we’ve been decreasing sun exposure, melanomas have increased significantly. Interestingly enough, melanomas usually occur in areas that are not exposed to the sun. So, is it the sun that’s causing melanomas?
If you’re using a moisturizer for younger-looking skin, check the ingredients! Many creams that claim to make you look younger are full of chemicals and actually have the opposite effect.
Synthetic antioxidants, sugar, and junk food will age the skin quickly. Overwashing your face can also cause problems. Antibiotics and things that act like antibiotics, such as birth control pills, antacids, steroids, and statins, can wreak havoc on your skin.
Oxytocin is a hormone that can increase stem cells for your skin. It has potent regenerative properties that also help with bonding and make people feel more social and calm. The microbe L. Reuteri can significantly increase oxytocin.
Many people do not have L. Reuteri in their microbiome. When you destroy the microbiome, certain microbes never come back!

Yes I made my own, moisturizer,organic carrot, organic ginger,grape seed,grate put in bottle let simmer,low heat for two hours,drain,freeze,wow it’s off the charts,I’m 3 days in,very pleased,I also have 10 more organic oils coming,experiment further.😁🌟💥
I am 18 years old and I do intermittent fasting for 20 hours every day and do sprinting exercise and I exposure to the sunlight for 30 minutes every day and eat healthy and I do cold shower every day and now I feel so healthy

You would be wise to consider that until age about 25 your will still be growing long-bone and brain, calories needs are greater than you might be if limiting diet.
Sunlight and diet is the key.

Sunlight is also good to decrease acne , good for wound healing. My hair becomes softer and better less dry looking after being out in the sun. Sunlight helps to prevent hairloss and your chances of getting alopecia areata and other auto immune diseases goes down vitamin D3 is very important for that. I had alopecia areata for 1 year until i started taking vitamin D3 , vitamin k2 and magnesium glycinate and all my hair grew back. Now i can get hot sunlight for 9 months a year because i moved from Northern Europe to South of Europe. Vitamin D3 deficiency is very common in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Norway etc

I’m 75, a woman, used to work as a truck driver in the road construction industry. I really feel the reason I feel as good as I do at 75 is because I worked manual labor outside in Colorado sun everyday. I now live in Ohio and I might physically be 75 but in my mind I feel 40 and when I look at people who are younger than me and look sickly, I think I’m fortunate for not looking older in my outer skin.
I am 62. But people tell me I look like in my 40s after following your advice for one year! Reversed fatty liver disease, pre-diabetes, retinal degeneration… looking younger!
