  1. I smile to myself when i watch one of your videos. I first started my weight loss journey watching you!! Although, i am no longer low carb because i have different diet goals i still use your recipes from time to time.❤❤❤

  2. Or make brownies , then make a Peanut Butter Fudge layer, after brownies are cooked, pour over top, then stick in fridge to set
    heat up microwave ¾ cup peanut butter, 6 tablespoon grass fed butter, ½ teaspoon vanilla, ¼ teaspoon salt, sweetener to taste.

  3. Looks good, but I am wondering about the net carbs per brownie; your recipe says Makes 9 portions…then Nutrition per brownie:

    Calories – 184
    Fat – 18g
    Protein – 3g
    Total Carbs – 19g (mainly from allulose)
    Net Carbs – 1g

    If there is no fibre, how does the net carb count, equal 1 per brownie?
