You agree with the fact that doctors don’t need to spend years in studying anymore to get a PhD because everything is shared for free on youtube. We actually are ALL doctors because we watch channels on youtube.
      Can’t wait to see you at your oncologist’s when you get cancer to hear : «Hey, let’s try broccoli, I heard on youtube it’s anti cancer ! »

      I’m not against free sharing of information, people do what they want with this information. But professionals transmitting this information to their patients while they have access to research studies ??? If it doesn’t sound weird to you, you’re sick, man !

  4. You’ve been my health coach for over 8 years now here in the UK. Loved your Immune course i did ages ago. Gave the the confidence to look after myself and avoid unnecessary treatments and gave me my health back.

  5. I the past year I aged a lot, not sleeping a full night for 12 years and having a reckless sleep all my life caught up with me and it’s not good. I know now I caused it. I am sleeping a lot better but still waking up after 4 hours and most of the time staying awake for 2 hours and then continuing but so much better than sleeping only 3 or 4 hours a night and no more. Praise God for little steps. Have a blessed day doc, thank you.

    • Have you tried taking Magnesium L Threonate or Magnesium Glycinate ? I had two years of insomnia lately and they really turned it around for me. Also getting up/going to bed at the same time, early daylight on face etc.
