I been taking TUDCA, COD Liver Oil, Milk Thistle, Dr. Berg D3 & K2 supplements every day along with low-carb and intermittent fasting. Been working out pretty good so far. Just hope I’m not overdoing it.

I’m so much better since switching to all carnivore diet about 9 months ago. Sadly, 5 decades of mainly plant based diet has made me very ill and I was literally starving on plant based carbs. So I have huge deficiencies, which I still have to tackle with additional intake of vitamins and minerals.
I love my steak everyday 😊

Dr Berg I’ve been doing mainly carnivore and keto for the last two years I’m just under 6ft, my weight was 60kl, but over the last two years my weight has dropped to 52kl, and the last three weeks or so it’s been 48kl, I’ve been eating cheese, 3 eggs pd, nut’s, and pepitas, butter and cream in my cocoa, carob, coffee drink in the morning’s, eating within a 4 too 6 window, and exercise moderately, always try to get 30mn to one hour of sun each day, I’ve always been slim, but never this slim, any advice for increasing my weight please, i always enjoy listening to your videos
You need some potatoes corn rice beans and bread that will put some weight on you but just make sure all of those are in the healthiest form that you can find.🎉❤🎉

Western medicine Doctors don’t practice food as medicine, Or vitamins as medicine.
My irregular heartbeat is associated with foods that I eat.
I had to figure out what to eat and what not to eat.😮
The doctor wanted to put me on meds for the rest of my life but I outsmarted them and figured out the dilemma on my own.
The Western medicine doctors get paid by the drug companies to push their drugs. So it’s to the doctor’s advantage to put your husband on drugs for the rest of his life.
My sister Julie found a good natural path doctor in her town of Medford oregon. A doctor Duncan and he has saved her life more than one time in the approximately 6 years that she’s been seeing him.
I say be smart and look for a doctor that does natural medicine otherwise you are going to be in a vicious circle of surgeries pills and illness that you wouldn’t have to go through otherwise, plus a lot of it you can figure out with the help of doctors like Dr Berg…and Dr David Williams ( healthy directions.)
