1/4 cup kalamata or black olives
1/2 cup reduced fat cottage cheese

Creamy High Protein Dressing:

1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard

  1. This is a 600 possibly 800 calorie lunch๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. you donโ€™t need the yogurt and you donโ€™t need all that cheese. Keep the salad, the dressing and the chicken. And it will reduce that lunch to a 400 -500 calorie lunch. The black olives are high, high and fat.

    • Even at 800 Cals, this could still fit into a balanced diet. Adjusting breakfast or dinner depending on individual needs is perfectly acceptable.

    • This is a low carb food, which is how she lost her weight. The fat content isnโ€™t a concern. The fat and protein fills you up when you lessen the carb content. Most likely, she was only able to eat a little bit of this and got plenty of nutrients in a small quantity. It really does look delicious, though. I need to make soon.

    • Don’t count calories. Count proteins and avoid too many carbs. That’s her thing and it works for her and many others.

  2. There is no way you were able to mix that in that container. There was no place for anything to move around. However, that is a lovely looking salad.
