Dr. Ravi Gornall graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine alongside a Bachelor of Surgery at Imperial College London before making the move to Australia in 2009. She is an experienced GP and attained a Fellowship of the RACGP in 2015 with a Diploma in Child Health.
Ravi became interested in functional and integrative medicine after her own health journey and the birth of her three children. She completed the ADAPT Functional Medicine Practitioner Training Program with the Kresser Institute and is currently finishing a Master of Integrative Medicine at Southern Cross University and a fellowship with the Australasian Integrative Medicine Association.

Great info but what about night shift workers? I work overnight so my circadian rhythms are basically reversed and my regular environment is devoid of natural light I go to sleep in the later morning and wake in the evening so what would you say to me other than to recommend a different line of work
