  3. Great video, Siim! As someone who also has naturally elevated homocysteine, you should make a video on pre-methylated (active) vs inactive B vitamins. Most multivitamins use inactive forms which are less readily absorbed depending on your methylation genetics and have also sometimes been linked to liver toxicity (Pyridoxine HCL, B6). Even in the longevity space, not a lot of people know about this and you could probably be a much needed voice in getting it out there.

  5. Hey Simm, I have very low vitamin D according to my blood work. It was like 7 NMOL/L. I live in north so basically no sunlight whole day. How much vit D should I taky and how fast can I fix it? Also can it cause hairloss in males?

  8. The thumbnail says “Don’t Take Vitamin D Like This”. Like what? I watched the whole video and it was all about how to get Vit D but nothing about how NOT to take it.
