Good afternoon Myra, I introduced Keto to my mom about 10 years ago. Now, though, I introduced it to her, I wasn’t necessarily eating that way. When I saw her again, I was like, oh I nรทd to jump on board. We both lost lots of weight, but it has been extremely hard for us both to get back on track. I lost too much and wanted to gain to even it out. I appreciate all of your content and just wanted to let you know that you are heard. Thank you for all you do.

I discovered your channel a few weeks ago. I’ve been getting so much help from you and others. What has been the most help for me is the low sugar, low calorie options for the sweets. I made your brownies and pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, served it to my family without telling them they were almost no sugar or no sugar, and they were amazed at just how good they were. I’m now sharing the recipes with friends and family. Now it’s just time to get the exercise regimen down and start making low carb bread.
And a treat I started making using your caramel recipe is I add some almond flour to help it thicken, freeze them into little balls, and then coat in no sugar added chocolate. They’re low carb Rollos.
I’m Going to make a new years resolution and thinking of going low carb or carnivore. I am thinking of getting your step by step guide because you have a menu for all meals for each day of the week. Although I am wondering if it includes Yogarts like most do, I don’t like yogurt so what would you suggest as a replacement if that is on the menu?

Yes! Iโve been off track since Halloween. I feel different & want more carbs. Foods I typically wouldnโt eat Iโm drawn to them. Starting today Iโm re-focusing.
Also make sure youโre getting enough sleep every day. Being sleep deprived will trigger cravings like hell
