  2. Sounds too good to be true 😅 Looking forward to Siim’s future video on doing Soleus pushups for 1 month and revealing the results.

  3. This is just a seated calf raise.
    Also training the calf with a straight leg trains the soleus just as much. It is not a bi-articular muscle like the gastroc.
